"Overall a nice chalet and a great position in the village, perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and large living area with good size table. Great to have 3 showers and plenty of storage for 8 of us. Plenty of hot water and heating works well throughout. We would suggest an update to lounge/seating area but perhaps some lounge chairs. Village has 3 good resturants and bars are good. Well stocked Sherpa shop with fresh bread and all essentials. We will recommend to others!"

"We loved this beautiful, charming, rustic traditional Chamonix chalet nestled in the quiet part of Chamonix. Only a short 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix and yet the chalet was so peaceful and quiet at all times. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. It was an absolute joy and pleasure to stay here. We shall return!"

"l’ours Brun is a great chalet in a great location literally a stones throw from 2 lifts. The kitchen was new and really well equipped. Great dining table that can comfortably seat 16. Living area is spacious and comfortable. There is a large wraparound balcony that is a great sun trap in the afternoon. 4 main bedrooms are small but comfortable - 2 en suite and a separate shower room for the other 2. "Location stupenda casa molto bella. L accesso non è facile (auto a circa 200 metri e accesso in strada dissestata in forte salita). Per portare i bagagli necessario aiuto di un pickup, garantito al checkin ma non fornito al checkout, e questo è un problema. Unica nota sulla casa: il piano seminterrato, fornito di sei posti letto e un bagno, è un vero e proprio scantinato, con inevitabile umidità e la presenza di tanti ragni. Davvero difficile da abitare. Confortevole invece il piano superiore....

"Groot en net vakantiehuis. prima vakantiehuis voor 12 personen met zes slaapkamers met elk en eigen badkamer(tje) Ligt niet aan de piste, maar wel dichtbij. Je moet eerst naar de gondel lopen dan met de gondel naar les deus alps, dan nog een stukje door het drorp in en met de gondel naar boven. Was wel jammer dat de welness niet constant gebruikt kan worden. Gaat op afgesproken toerbeurt maar je wil toch graag tot 16 uur skiën. Ook was eerst het stoombad niet in gebruik, die moest gerepareerd...

"8 en suite bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen and living room. Highly recommend for a group of friends. A walk to the bus stop and a decent journey to the major ski lifts, but a worthy compromise for such a great house! And the hosts were super accommodating for check in and check out."

"Emmanuelle's chalet was perfect for us, with lots of space and well laid out so that we had room to relax - and what a lovely view up the valley. We also really liked the location in Laisinant as it was quiet but close to town, and has a great red run down to the lift/chalet - which is much nicer than the red off Solaise down into Val centre!"
