This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city.

Great hotel
This is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offeres a great variability and combines traditional greek meals with more continental and british items. Our room comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony with the sea view. The location overall is good, close enough to the old town and the big beach but the nightclubs just beside the hotel were quite noisy.

Really enjoyable and easy stay! It is close to a lively strip which may not be to everyones taste but it is also close to the beach and old town so a really good location for tourists! Front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too!

The hotel is in a great location, but you have to specifically ask the front seat to Clean your room and not only make your bed

After I had a vacation at the hotel because of its excellent location and despite poor reviews, I expected to get what I wanted, but when I arrived at the hotel on the day off and expected to get the room I found out that the hotel was full of the way we were told the message was terrible, the receptionist was unpleasant and polite and so Even the reception manager, my experience of staying was terrible, I will not go back to the hotel or recommend it

Decent hotel near Rhodes city
Our stay at Alexia was a decent one. There are lots of nice things to say about it, however also a few bad things. Overall it did the job though for the days we were there. I wouldn't choose this hotel during the peak season when there's full on party season for youths/early 20s. The hotel is pretty much on "The strip", meaning there's lots of noise. Also, the pool is very small and not in the sun for long before it disappears behind the buildings. Having said that the beach is close (although windy as it's on the "wrong" side of the island).

A central hotel in Rhodes
Very pleasant stay in a central hotel in Rhodes. Close to beach and to shops, restaurant's and not too far from the ferry terminal. Hotel has been re done and the rooms have plenty of space. Bathrooms are adequate. No air conditioning in all rooms but fans are provided. If you wanting a central place to stay without the high price would recommend this hotel.

Good base to see Rhodes
Smart Hotel, nice staff, modern clean rooms & great location at a good price. Currently under going a face lift and looking good with more to come, its nice that some one is up-grading a Hotel rather than running it into the ground.

Nice hotel and close to beach
The hotel has only recently opened. The room was modern and clean. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Also… Wir waren im 6. Stock untergebracht. Nachts liefen ununterbrochen die hauseigenen Waschmaschinen, welche man in dem überaus hellhörigen Hotel wahnsinnig laut mitbekommen hat. Einige Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben sich gar nicht für einen interessiert, d.h. kein guten Morgen, guten Abend etc. . Das Bad war schmutzig, es gab zwar jeden Tag neue Handtücher, aber einmal besser sauber machen hätte mehr Wohlbefinden ins Zimmer gebracht. Für die laute Umgebung kann das Hotel nichts, aber dadurch, dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, war der Rest zu laut. Den Kühlschrank musste ich nachts ausschalten weil der in einer Lautstärke gerauscht hat… nicht auszuhalten. Verglichen mit einem anderen Hotel, im gleichen Land, gleiche Sternebewertung frage ich mich, wie das Hotel zu dieser Bewertung kommt. Und für 17€ Frühstück pro Person? Bei der Auswahl? Spart euch die Kohle, geht in der Umgebung in einer der vielen Restaurants essen, die bieten teilweise auch Frühstück an, da kommt ihr mit nem 10er weg. Müsst ihr wissen

Super emplacement. L hôtel est bien avec un bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est efficace. Malheureusement le nettoyage des chambres laisse à désirer et les serviettes de douches ne sont pas changés. Lors de notre séjour de 7 nuits les draps de lit n ont été changé qu une fois et c est parce que j ai complètement défait le lit.

Il personale non è competente non accolgono i clienti come dovrebbero, assolutamente non è un 4 stelle mugola hotel molto sporco, poco curato, stanze perennemente sporche come tutto il resto dell'hotel anche i wc della struttura, non buttate i vostri soldi.

Hotel confortável próximo ao centro histórico.
O hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico de Rhodes. O café da manhã é bem sortido e saboroso. Equipe de recepção e restaurante muito atenciosa e solícita. Apesar das informações em Hotéis.com indicarem estacionamento "grátis sem manobrista", cabe lembrar que o hotel disponibiliza vagas na rua, algumas poucas privativas para hóspedes, entretanto insuficientes. Minha visita ocorreu em fins de setembro de 2019, já fora da altíssima estação, e algumas noites foi bem difícil encontrar estacionamento nas proximidades.

Estancia horrible la noche que llegamos no teníamos la cama doble solicitada y que pagamos en la reserva, tuvimos que reclamar varias veces y al final nos compensaron con un plato de fruta que no se podía comer y una botella de vino barata. El entorno rodeado de sitios de strippers y sex Shop toda la noche sin dormir. Ha sido la peor experiencia en hoteles. Pague por una habitacion que no tenían.
