We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. "Really interesting Art Deco hotel in great condition. Lovely breakfast. Good bathroom and shower, comfy bed, nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Restaurant service was superb but food was a bit expensive and not to our taste - although that may be us rather than the food itself. There's a great little wine bar opposite that was wonderful for an afternoon of quaffing. I'd definitely return, given the chance."

"Property was great, difficult to find due to small one way roads. We were directed where to park, up/down steep hill and with limited ability it was difficult. We did get a parking ticket for being in the wrong spot, hotel needs to be more clear on where to park . Property and host were wonderful and view of the castle was amazing."
