Quimby Pond

"The camp is spacious with an exceptional floor plan. The kitchen and dining area is awesome with a well designed and applianced kitchen and a beautiful view of the pond. The bedrooms were ample with modern beds and very good lighting. Two full baths were updated, clean and enjoyable. A separate spacious area for relaxing had abundant and comfortable seating along with a well equiped and porportioned entertainment center making this camp quite unique. Overall, we really liked what this camp had to offer."

"We booked a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin that had everything we needed. Our stay was very quiet. We were able to go on walks. We used the pool a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff! There’s a grocery store and gas station VERY close. "

Amazing spot on the lake

"We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back."

Amenities Not Accurate and Safety Issues

"We anticipated a rustic old cabin, but we did not anticipate health and safety issues or inaccurate amenities in the listing. There were no working smoke detectors, even with a wood burning stove in the cabin. There were no CO2 detectors and the furnace filter was neglected and dirty. An outlet exposed without a cover and there was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to be moist/wet. The listing stated they have WiFi, but the DSL was not operational. We would have been better prepared for evening entertainment if we had an accurate idea of the availability of internet. The location was great."
