“Wonderful”

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great extras like light fare, wine and beer during the week, wonderful breakfast buffet, suite was extremely clean with nice furnishings, truly feels like a home away from home. This was our second time staying at the Marriot Residence Inn and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in Raleigh. Great place and good value.

“Good stay”

We were just there for a few days, but the service was great, location was very convenient. The Crabtree Mall is right across the street. For the price we were very happy and will stay there again if we ever go back to the RTP area.

“Great Hotel!”

Stayed here recently on a quick trip to Raleigh. Hotel is very convenient to access (close to shopping and restaurants) and was located in a peaceful setting. Rates were very reasonable, room was very clean and the front desk/other guests very friendly. Nice morning breakfast.

“Will stay again”

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in a 1-bedroom suite. The hotel has completed a room renovation and the rooms are very nicely appointed. Flat screens in the living and bed rooms. The kitchen has all the amenities, dishes, glasses (tumblers and wine) utensils, can opener, etc. There was no oven but that was OK with me. The pool and hot tub were spotless and towels are supplied near the pool. The remainder of the hotel is under renovation but we didn't hear any noise before 10:00am or after 5:00pm. The breakfast was good and assorted. The dinner was more fast food type. We didn't have dinner as we were either out or I cooked in our room. Computer w/printer is free and the hotel has WiFi.

“great raleigh getaway”

The hotel is lovely. there is a fabulous outdoor sitting area with a beautiful, large gas grill! The room is great...albeit the bed not the best. We really enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition there are a wonderful variety of restaurants right there at Crabtree Valley Mall. If you have your car, of course renovated NOrth Hills mall is very neat too.

“Very comfortable place.”

Located down the lane from Crabtree Mall, the Residence Inn was a perfect place to stay during the five days I was in town. Breakfast and a light dinner (with drinks) was available at no extra cost. The desk and service staff were quite helpful and polite. I'll return.
