“Nice place”
My room had a private balcony that faced a wooded area. I was able to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch Blue Jays playing in the trees. Wonderful~ The room was clean, well-appointed and quite comfortable. The entire hotel is non-smoking and you can tell. There was no smell in the corridors like most hotels.
“Most courteous”
Staff answered driving questions, computer questions promptly, with great courtesy and assistance.
“Great Experience”
My young daughter and I went to a theatrical show and wanted to do some things the next day so we spent the night and it was wonderful! The staff was courteous, the place was clean, and the entire place was a smoke free building! We had a room facing the pool and my daughter loved it! When we go back this weekend and again in June, we are definitely staying there again!
“Good place to stay”
The hotel was very nice. We stayed here during the hurricane after we had to leave Richmond, VA. The hotel was very comfortable. The internet was always working properly. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the pool/courtyard area and it was really nice. The pool area was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had a fridge and microwave which where helpful. The entrance was modern and they have a deli style food area, looked okay, didn't use it so not sure if it was expensive or not. The area is one exit off the freeway from a mall area with shops, entertainment and restraunts. Would stay here again if in the area.
“Courtyard Marriott”
I have stayed in a few different Courtyard hotels. All I have stayed in are exactly alike. If you like Courtyard, you will like this one. Exactly like the others: clean, comfortable w/ friendly staff.
“Wonderful front desk staff”
I am a germ fanatic. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff !!!

Very clean hotel and the staff was very courteous and helpful!
“Good business or pleasure location”
Good eating and shopping (Trader Joe's) right across the street. Clean and fresh. Starbucks coffee in the lobby!!!! Not free but right there in the lobby.

“Definitely a place to stay again”
This Courtyard by Marriot follows along the same lines as all the other sister hotels in the Marriot family - the staff is friendly, courteous, and there is offer any & all assistance. The rooms are comfortable and roomy - we travel with a toddler in a crib and there was still plenty of space for all three of us to move around. A great place to stay when you're in Raleigh...convenient to all destinations.
