Regarding the landline, it is an issue we are currently working on and hope to be able to resolve it as soon as possible. As for the bed, our mattresses are indeed known to be soft. Rest assured that by informing us, our housekeeping team will be happy to place an extra layer on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable and match your likings. However, we are a bit surprised regarding the rest of your comment as it is pretty different from the usual comments we receive.Indeed, we do have a Cocktail Bar / Restaurant Le Bijou. It is open every morning for breakfast and open every evenings to relax with a drink and to share some food from our menu. We do have an ice machine on site which you can access any time, even without your room key. Our 4th floor is only made of guest rooms, which is why you couldn't access it as your room was on another floor.Our staff was pleased to assist you and to bring ice directly to your room.
