We are glad to hear that. You are right about the noise it is not very big issue and plus all the other beachfront properties in Qualicum Beach are right on the road. But with us we are slightly further away from road and higher above which definitely helps.

I didn't quite understand your comment about being on the far end of the beach? Because first if all our hotel is located right across from the road from the beach and definitely no road or beach ends here. Plus the beach area that we have is the ONLY sandy one in Qualicum Beach. Also in comparison to the other four beach front hotels which are on the either side of us at the one kilometer distance all the logs and woods gets washed up in those locations. To top that the city has built a walkway and placed benches across the road from us for people to enjoy the beach because it is the best beach front and the town wants to get tourist attention with that.
