Comfy cozy Coastal Homes in the Bay Area with a nice view
Janice S. Comfy Cozy is exactly what this Verbo rental is. Just walking into the home, f could see that it had everything that I would need or want. I read the previous reviews and still decided to rent. To me the inside was like a stay at a New England style summer cottage, whether at lakeside camp (house) or an Oceanside cottage. Location, location, location! It is as perfect. Assessable

Great location for our work. I had asked about the A/C being cold in master for sleeping and they have a nice little window unit to keep it very cool. Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay! The house was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances and coffee! There were plenty of towels and toiletries available! We also loved the overhead lights with fans and tvs in each room!

Nice Little Place
It’s a nice little house with a lot of potential. It’s obvious the owner has put a lot of time, effort and money to improve the outside and inside to make it a nice little place to rent if you are not particular about everything being updated just yet. While it was very clean, additional repairs and upgrades are needed especially the kitchen and living room tile floor. Beds were comfortable and there were 3 big screen TVs. It’s about a 1.5 miles to peace river with bars, restaurants and shopping which was nice and convenient. Places that close to water are typically more expensive.

Not at all what was expected or what was listed. Needs a lot of work and updating. Older home that has been just patched up.

For staying the entire 6 nights with no complaints? And no complaints in the review about cleanliness, comfort, neighborhood, amenities etc. in which most people complain about in str's and not the quality of the drywall on a 1960's house. Yes old houses can always use updating of some sort. And on a budget price compared to others in the area. Not sure what you were expecting.

Amazing Experience!
This was such a perfect oasis for my solo vacation. The property was clean and very cute, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. I would absolutely stay here again!
