Resort was beautiful, staff was great but they need better food options for lunch and entertainment at night. Everything was at a walking distance to the family side but you’d expect the adult side to have more things to do at night than the family side.

Overall it was a nice resort, but pretty small and limited restaurants. If you go to the adults only section you are NOT allowed to go to the restaurants on the other side. Theres only one breakfast buffet, 2 lunch options and 4 dinner. Food was a 4/10. Bars close at 6pm and then your only option is the lobby piano bar or the sports bar which had the WORST drinks. No activities during the day, limited ones at night.

This is the best place to stay if you want to relax and have a good time. I met incredible people. The staff is super friendly and they do whatever they need to do to make you happy. I would recommend this Hotel and I will be back soon. Great experience.

The property was clean and the workers there were very friendly and helpful. They don’t all speak English but they do their best regardless. The activities with Pineapple were a highlight as well as the foam parties!! The on resort club is okay but the dj takes requests but I wish that space in particular was better cooled. Big tip, BRING BUG SPRAY!! Mosquito repellant in particular they follow you everywhere at night but I never had an issue by the pool.

The property was nice, however for it being an all adult resort I would have expected a little more activities for adults in the pool . Snack bars more places to grab snacks .

My friends and I stay at the property for 5 days and 4 nights. It was a nice room and the A/C was excellent with the high temps outside. The main issues we had with our room was that our door didn’t lock unless we slammed it shut and even then sometimes it would knock out the power. In the hallway on the 3rd floor there was mold on the wall. We stayed on the adults only side and there wasn’t much entertainment going on but when we went to the family side they had everything. The club was upstairs in the same building as the lobby. All of the entertainment was on the family side of the resort. We were told that we were going to get a tour of the resort but turns out it’s a time share meeting. My advice is to take the time to go explore both sides of the resort if you decide to stay at the adults only section. Overall, it was a cool resort to stay at and everyone was friendly. The access to the beach was perfect and highly suggest doing the party boat, it was a great time.

A very nice property. It is pretty small but I found that to be good I wasn’t interested in a place too big. The pool does close at 7 which I think is pretty early. Visited on a girls trip and the adults side was definitely couple heavy although we were able to make friends with another group of girls. Food was decent the burgers were probably the best thing to me. As well as the breakfast. I would recommend this property!

This is a new property just opening in October 2023. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly. Overall a great stay. If you are looking to relax then this is your place. There isn't much entertainment at night - but I think this is because it is a newer resort. There were two gentlemen that did get the party started with some activities during the day and at night. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back to visit.

The place was nice and very laid back. If you looking for more fun and more activities seek other places cause this ain’t the place for it. Buffet is the same every day nothing really changes. You do have the steak house where you have to reserve thru the app, so make sure you get the app. Overall my stay was a 8/10

Overall 5/5 experience really and truly. The resort was very beautiful,clean and lively. Staff were all friendly and accommodating even with some language barriers at times. My room came with a butler/personal attendant Melvin Santana ! He was amazing. Always responded to any room service requests (bucket of ice mainly haha) professional & informed me of all the dining options on site as well as any events going on during my stay. The food was very good. 8.5/10 . Just wish they had some more authentic/local-type Dominican cuisines. But In comparison to other resorts I’ve been to, hands down Serenade All Suites are ranked #1 with quality of food. There are also many options of great food off the resort nearby

This properties is not safe, They don’t clean the pools, They don’t pick up all the drinks around the pool for the next day, Food is not the greatest , entertainment was horrible, drinks are the cheapest one in Dominican Republic , The property smells horrible like feces everywhere , toilets get clot, Air conditioners were not the greatest , Overall, a horrible experience !!!!
