Clean areas with easy access. The room was clean. The check in service is not the best. The buffet has no variety and the service is bad. The rest are almost impossible to enter since they do not make reservations and it is first come, first served which limits going to other places.

The place was lovely the buffet food was good .. Not all restaurant inclusive and only 2 restaurants by our section when one open next one close .... grand sernis hotel have 7 restaurants all open every night and its better

DO NOT waste your money staying here. Service is terrible, resort was dirty, workers were rude, and good luck trying to sleep past 0700 because housekeeping will be singing and yelling at each other from each side of the hallway. If you do decide to give this resort a chance then please do not upgrade to Diamond club because you will not receive the amenities you paid for.

Property was properly staffed, mexican restaurant was closed, and front desk did not answer the phone for our pickup. We walked back to the front desk with our luggage when we left. Management needs to pay attention to employees telling them how to fix issues like leaks when it rains, etc.

Even tho our family trip had a lil room hiccup , it was something we could’ve looked past. Our stay at this resort was nothing short of wonderful. My daughter absolutely LOVED it, only disappointment was her not being tall enough to go on the bigger water slides 😂. Fredy the driver was most friendly and welcoming we were sad to not see him on our departure. I cannot remember the two servers name but both began with F, also the two girls in the bar closer to the coffee shop cannot remember their names. The vibes team my oh my they were ALL wonderful (vibes upon vibes upon vibes) it’s the best team for that job. We probably encountered 2 rude staff but EVERYONE else was kind and friendly so that too we looked pass. The nightly entertainment was a sure plus which included kareoke and participants were wonderful. We cannot wait to return. We truly enjoyed our vacation kudos

Vibe Team travels around the resort offering fun. Luis deserves special credit as he DJs at the pool all day, sets up Social Square each evening, and the live entertainment in Bellini Square. I found the lack of “intro” to how things work at the resort, how to find activities, how the shuttle works, etc left us wondering and guessing a lot. Restaurant times are only listed on the restaurant. People from the Royalton next door are constantly trying to get you to eat over there, and it is NOT free, which they do not tell you upfront. Do not stay in Building 27 as it’s very loud from Social Square and people cutting through until early in the morning. Avoid the left end of any floor as that’s where housekeeping is and they’re slamming around and shouting at each other from 9am-2pm. We did enjoy our stay, but we had trouble sleeping.
