We loved the Bedroom, it's Comfortable and Inviting without leaving behind the Bathroom, which was very relaxing. The balcony was is also very spacious. In general, the entire construction of this building is immaculate and elegant. They din't have any service on the beach and it's to small and so may boats, hundreds of people come daily to party it's a little intimidating

Confusion to get around property. All the staff was 5 stars!! The beds were hard, so i had to use several pillows to lay on. If you had any issues they addressed it immediately!! Pay attention and reserve at the specialty restaurants. However, there was plenty of places to eat. Alcohol was plentiful. The beach front had a lot of seaweed but once you got in the water it was warm. The water was blue not clear. Excursions were reasonable. I didn’t like the fact that the clubs wouldn’t diversify the music.

I loved that it offered so many different restaurants, the property was huge which made it a task to walk around but the staff was always helpful. Disliked not having a face towel to shower with and had to buy them in the gift shop but overall I loved it and will be back

They gave me a different room, the air conditioning didn't work well, the refrigerator didn't work either, the iron didn't heat up, the showers didn't work, the buffets were never good, they took a long time to fill them, the beer in the bars was very bad and hot, the bottles of The water they had in the freezer of each bar was always hot, in the lobby it was always very hot, having air conditioning and many other things.

Very nice resort. The rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and pools were all very nice. The beach itself wasn't as pretty as others I've been too. The service was all great with the exception of the french restaurant. I personally wouldn't bother getting reservations for any of the restaurants. I would just stick to the buffet and room service (which is included). The food at the restaurants were either the same or worse than the buffet. That being said I thought the buffet was pretty good and had good variety. There were multiple bars at various locations and the drinks were included. My one gripe about the outdoor area is that i wish they'd had more restrooms around the pools.

First time experience with all-inclusive at Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort. Everything is well-prepared from food to drinks and scenic spots. A lot of things to do and try within the facility. They can also recommend excursions to fit your schedule. Excellente!

I stayed here for a wedding and checked out and checked into another hotel. First night I called reporting no hot water, no one ever came to my room to check it. All of the dining was already booked leaving you to eat at the buffet. The buffet food was horrible. Room service food was horrible.

Worst experience Ive has ever had in Punta Cana. We arrived Wednesday and paid for a king suite ocean view. We were given the wrong room and when they attempted to switch my husband and I to a different room, the view was a building. Again, not what we had initially booked. The following day we were offered another room that had the amenities we requested however, when i went to inspect the room before moving our belongings, the employee opened the door only to find the room was already occupied and the gentleman was literally coming out of the shower. Terrible experience. We went back to the reception area to file another complaint, and as offered another room with zero view. I spent 2/3 of my trip literally trying to solve this room issue. I raised my complaint to Public Relations and was given a free upgrade to one of the swim up suites. Gorgeous room and very aesthetically pleasing. The issue with this room was the insects and the AC unit not functioning. The entire room had condensation. The bed was moist, our documents had shriveled up because of how moist the air was, mosquitos were coming in and on our last day we had a roach on our ceiling. With all that moisture, the bed linens reeked. The food was also terrible. Majority of the foods provided were all undercooked. The staff always seem to be un a hurry up and go manner so even when we asked them for extra side of fries or bacon, they were insanely forgetful. Lopesan is aesthetically pleasing but a terrible stay.

The hotel was a maze to navigate with little to no signs and the map on the webpage was terrible. The walking between the amenities was easily about a half a mile long. The amenities had additional charges like the arcade where the bowling, gaming machines for kids, and a pool table were. The only attraction included was a water park that was located at the very end of the property and was too hardcore for toddlers to enjoy. The food was mediocre even at the specialty restaurants. The landscaping was extremely ugly around the hotel. The TV were modern but were connected to a very old cable box with an old remote and very poor resolution on most channels. The rooms were always humid even though the AC was always blowing and the thermostats were not controlling the temperature at all.

We love this place but they can improve. 1. Lacking entertainment in Carolina Blvd. There is entertainment but only 2 hours. Should go on till 12am 2. Michael Jackson was hard to watch, lights always blinding the eyes 3. Boats in front of the beach 30 make us feel unsafe to swim in the beach. Destroys the view of the ocean. Lopesan should send them away. These views are shared by many.

The property was clean, the pool was fantastic, and all the landscaping was unreal. Room was great, drinks were strong and I’d say restaurants were 7.5/10, the water was murky and a small area. I would not recommend the excursions that people want to sell.

Left a lot to miss. I think they missed the mark on this resort. Yes it looks modern and nice but it's too quiet for my taste. Food was okay . It's a maze to get your room. There's no ac in the lobby. Wouldn't come back again.

Very comfortable hotel with many amenities. Pools and beach very nice and superb views from the hotel. All inclusive excellent as well. The back of the resort has many shops that don’t look like their used and the water park is a trek with for the little ones. Gym was excellent. Would recommend this resort highly.

My children really enjoyed the water park. The room was nice as well. The staff wasn’t very polite when I needed assistance figuring out how to make reservations for dinner. my husband got terribly sick from the buffet food. We went to the doctor at the resort who wasn’t present. We called the front desk and they said the doctor will be there shortly it was an expensive doctor visit that didn’t help any much. We bought different pills from the pharmacy and my husband had to stay in the room most of the time. At check out we realized the “doctor” wasn’t a doctor at all but one of the staff members that work in the lobby that they put in a white coat and charged us almost $400 to see. My husband had fever, chills, among other gross symptoms. Besides that my children did have a good times, as for the parents not so much.

The property is beautifull the staff are friendle. The animation it is okay but they need to anounce what event they will have on certain days. Sotines is not listed on the app.

The experience overall was great. I would like to Thank Sonia and Miqias from customer service as they did a great job solving an issue for us. The only thing I didn’t like was the location and view of our room as the view was the outside street not a garden view like the Expidia app mentioned and the front desk didn't change the room for us. They asked us to pay for upgrade.

Honestly really wanted to like this property but too many things happened. To start off we changed our room 3 times the first time the floor would get wet and we woke up and fell really hard the second room change they gave us was filled with cockroach’s and at that point they only offered us a minor upgrade of the view which I really appreciate the manager for being so nice about the situation but it wasent enough for the money I spent here and the amount of inconveniences I had also the food is bad no flavor, and also stale and hard since it’s always left out at the buffet so if you come here just know you will be hungry a good amount of times.

I stayed for three nights with family. We asked for connecting rooms or rooms close to each other way in advance of our travel date. We were told that connecting rooms were a different category and they would try to put us close to each other. We got rooms on different floors and very far from each other. The hotel is extremely large and it took my mother 20 minutes to find her room after leaving my room. It was not a good experience for her. We asked to change the room and they told us we have to try after 5 pm the following day to get a room close by. They changed the room to one much closer but there was a leak in the ceiling, blood stain on the sheet and no iron or ironing board. The customer service is lacking in some areas. Room service didn’t show up for my sister-in-law one day and service requests are pretty slow. We made the most of our time there because it was a family trip but I would not return.

Food was really tasteless and the people don't really care about you or what you tell them. Although it might not be their fault, they all seem pretty upset for whatever reason. The resort is huge and there are maintanance issues visible throughout. Restaurants have food which doesn't necesarrily taste much better than the buffet which should not be the case.
