“CAN'T GET BACK TO PUNTA SOON ENOUGH!!!”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! We just recently got back and had the time of our lives. The food was delicious...the people were amazing...the resort is beautiful!!! We upgraded our room and stayed in the Royal Suites. This was definitely a great decision that we made. Hotel staff walked around constantly asking you if they could get you something. Small snacks and fresh fruit are brought to you as you lay in the sun by the pool. The hotel is spotless and even smells wonderful. We plan to go back ASAP!!! If you stay in the Suites...request Antonio as your butler...He's THE BEST!!! If you bring extra cash definitely go to Dolphin Island and swim with the dolphins...that was a blast as well... :) Don't rent the doom buggies...It's a waste of a day and a waste of money!! RANCHO EXTREME (I believe I'm spelling it correctly) was the company we used and they were terrible...both our machines broke down...and we were disappointed we wasted a day getting covered in mud head to toe (literally) rather than laying on the beautiful beach...other than that PUNTA CANA and the GRAND PALLADIUM is a BEAUTIFUL place!!!!
“Great hotel”
Me and my wife chose this hotel because of all the positive reviews. They were right. The place was great, people great, food great...everything was great. Just a few tips to clear things up: - The hotel is actually four hotels put together. You can use Bavaro, Punta Cana and Pallace and all their facilities with a regular reservation. Go to the Turquesa and you get accsss to all 4 hotels. - The 4 hotels are mainly the same so it makes little difference where you go. Just if you are picky get a map of the place to choose. Bavaro stretches from the beach to the rear end (where its bars, pool and restaurants are) so you either end up far from the beach or far from the restaurants. Punta cana has two pools and is close to the beach but has only one restaurant. However it is very close to Palace. Palace has 5 restaurants, the best pool, the spa and is close to the beach (I'd choose palace every time). Turquesa looks great but is far from everything, however you get private transportation so whenever you want to move there's a golf cart waiting for you (nice but still annoying for me). -Food's great. Another reason to choose Palace, the best buffet. Best air conditioning and lots of light. A la carte is great, they don't take reservations, you go and they give you a beeper to wait for your table at the bar. Howerver, buffet also had themes at night and lots of variety and the sports bar was awesome. - I'd keep writing but I reached the limit. Just go, It's awesome.
“Grand Palladium Palace: le paradis”
J'en suis à ma treizième visite à ce resort. Toujours aussi satisfaite de la prestation. La nourriture est excellente, le resort est propre. Mais ce qu'il y a de particulier c'est l'ensemble du personnel. Les gens qui y travaillent sont extraordinaires, souriants et ils font tout pour que nos vacances soient mémorables. Merci à Mirpil. “nice room, beautiful groinds, good food, best beach ever”
Beautiful lobby, grounds, nice room, great food, excellent service. We will definitely go back again.
“Can't wait til Next Year!!!!”
Gorgeous Hotel! Plan on getting married there next year. Food was delicious and the grounds of the hotel are gorgeous!
“will go back”
The resort, staff and even the buffet food were all great. We ate at the ala carte restaurants most evenings, all were included in the all inclusive price. Lots of water sports available for the younger guests - we are retired. Went from Sunday to Sunday -- Checked us in as soon as we got there at 2pm but would suggest cab service from airport as there is no waiting at the airport and they brought us right to our hotel -- transfers included will stop a multi hotels on the way. We plan on going back in the fall -- the weather was warm but with off shore breeze it was perfect. Huge resort so try to get room ocean view and you will be closer to the ocean. Also-annoying venders have there own places for shopping way down at one end of the beach and hardly bothered us on the resort beach. The beach is great for walking - quite a stretch of beautiful soft sand!
“Amazing resort!!!”
My wife and I honeymooned at the Grand Palladium Palace in Jan of 2009 and had a awesome week! We would definitely go back to this resort. The grounds were beautiful (amazing landscaping/vegetation), the resort was huge, the food was really good (wow, try the A La Cartes! We recommend El Quijote, El Bamboo and the new Brazillian restaurant...), and the service was so good it was almost obscene -- I'd take two sips from my wine goblet and a waiter would fill it back to the top! Dangerous! We were never bored at this resort. There is plenty to do on the grounds and excursions are available if you're into that. We didn't leave the resort once during the week and we weren't even close to being bored. I was little nervous ebfore our trip about the inablity to drink the water from the sinks (my wife and I both ran for an hour every morning we were atthe GP)in the guest rooms, but there was always plenty of bottled water available. Not an issue in the least...
“Great Hotel!”
Can't say enough good things about the hotel. Room was clean, service was great, food was good! Definitely eat dinner at the a la carte restaurants. The Brazilian one was our favorite. Best all inclusive resort I have stayed at!!
“Everything at its best.”
Our stay there was perfect, there is nothing to complain about and everyone was very helpful. The motto of our stay could have been "We were treated like nobles" Even my 4 yr. old was treated with a smile and was attended just like every adult in our company. The food was superb and the organization was nearly perfect. We had nothing to complain about.
“best resort that I ever been to”
Amazing
