“Family trip”

Clean Large room. A few maintenance issues (TV remote, sink drainage) were address immediately by the staff. We opted to skip the offered free continental breakfast due to a restaurant being next door with a hot buffet breakfast. All in all a great place to stay and a good value. Kind courteous staff.

“Great breakfast”

This is an aging lady covered with new paint. No elevators, that I could find, and very steep wooden steps to the top level. Older folks beware.

“Go with the Best Value instead. Same Price and its newly remodeled.”

I go to Lawrenceburg TN from time to time to visit with my parents and they told me there were not many hotels to choose from in this small town. After checking its really between 2 hotels in the area. The Best Western and the Best Value Inn. I decided to go with the Best Western at first and made my reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel i noticed it looked run down from the outside.(Not normally a good sign) I looked into one of the rooms and it wasn't what i expected. The rooms are old and out of date. Not a roach motel but certainly not a hotel worth the price. In need of remodeling for sure. So i ventured down the road a half mile and checked out the Americas Best Value Inn. It was totally newly remodeled inside and out. The rooms were fairly big and very comfortable. I decided to stay there instead and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Lawrenceburg area. For the same price as the Best Western, you cant go wrong!

“Good location, older hotel”

This is an older hotel where you get what you pay for. If you need a cheap room located in Lawrenceburg, then this might do.

“Not impressed...dirty and outdated”

This hotel has not been maintained well. The room was not clean and the furnishings were old and tattered. It was definitely a "don't take your shoes off "hotel. It was more expensive than the nicer hotel across the street! Not a good experience!
