The most terrible experience with hotels in my life. Staff of the hotel are nice, but when you have problems, they will not solve the problem in timely manor or just ignore your request or never show up. During our four nights stay, we were locked out of room 4 times almost everyday including the very last day 1 hour before checkout . Very stressful and time consuming walking to the front desk and waiting for them to fix. But the problem was never fixed even after they issued new card keys twice. The very last day, before checkout we were locked out again. Called the service from the phone by the elevator, mentioning we need check out in one hour and thus would need someone to open the door AsAP, but no one showed up. Luckily we tried the key 10 mins later and it worked . So we got packed for checkout on time. Hotel service is slow in all aspects, we needed extra shampoo the first night, call for service for 2-3 times, no one showed up until 2 hours later. I had to buy shampoo from the shop before they came with extra. Housekeeping was not available for two days(we only need 3 days service for our 4 night stay) Even though I called them multiple times. No one showed up. On the very last day, after phone calls being neglected , at 5PM, I had to walk to the front desk again as were out of clean towels. This time, the housekeeping arrived on time. The bathroom sink and toilet were so filthy dirty even on 1st day of our arrival. Way below 4 star hotel standard.
