This is a small well located hotel with like 2 star accommodations. We rented a "2 bedroom suite" that had two beds in a loft area and one single in the living room. There was only one lousy chair in the living room. Nowhere to sit. No table, nothing. The kitchen was fine and the bathroom was OK. Internet was horrible. Not a deal at this price point. Look elsewhere

It has everything we expected. We checked in at midnight and checked out early in the morning. The young receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his friendliness and patience. The rooms are very clean.

Was a great place. Walking distance to everything. A bit loud from the bars at night but the music stops at midnight. Very clean , good staff.

What I didn't like was they didn't allow you to take the towels to the beach.... Air conditioner leaked water every time it came on.... last night there, the water from the ac filled a trash can of 18 inches high almost to the top. Kept us awake.

The staff at Hotel Caracol
Staff at hotel is very service oriented and helped with any of our needs and beyond. Every service also done with smiles and friendly words! The staff is the best!

Solo dormimos una noche en el hotel. Eramos 5 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, pero comunicarse con recepción fue muy sencillo y se soluciono. El cuarto tenia varios conectores de corriente, pero la mayoria no funcionaba. La cafetera no prendía y el refrigerador se tuvo que mover porque tampoco funcionaba hasta que se cambio de conector. En el baño, la presión del agua del lavabo era nula. El check-in y el check-out fue muy rápido.

Band musical (répertoire des vieux succès américain des années 80’) au bar tout à côté jusqu’à plus de 22:00 ; nous y étions un jeudi. C’était comme s’il jouait dans votre chambre… si vous aimez !

La chambre est grande et propre et le prix correct pour Puerto Morelos plage. Pensez à acheter des bouteilles d'eau, car pas disponible dans l'hôtel. Il y a une grande terrasse avec transat au dernier étage.

Buen hotel de base.
Un buen hotel para descansar después de un día de muchas actividades, realmente es para descansar y dormir. La ubicación está muy bien para ir a la playa a pie y los restaurantes cercanos ayudan a complementar la experiencia.
