We are pleased you and your ohana were our guests for you family spring break and found it to be a fantastic location for anyone. We appreciate you felt there were perfectly groomed grounds. We weren’t contacted about the WIFI from you and understand you went to the front desk. Hanalei Bay Resort offers the same WIFI for all guests throughout the resort as part of their resort fees and it is the same for us as everyone else. We called and the speed offered is 14mbps. We were sorry to learn of your unfortunate situation with the WIFI. We were pleased to learn your own hotspot worked wonderfully at the resort and solved your problem. Happily you still found this to be a wonderful property.

Happy to learn the kitchen had all your ohana needed and the beds were comfortable and the layout good for your group of 6. We wish you would have contacted us during your stay to let us know you thought the unit needed to be cleaned or needed anything. We have done the deep clean and hired a new property caretaker to help respond to your review for future guests. We have bought new beach chairs. Sorry to hear about the WIFI, Hanalei Bay Resort provided that via the resort fees and apparently the hotspot seems to work. No worries about the towels. Above all happy to know you had a good time in all. We have improved the cleanliness of the unit as we want to meet the expectations of our guests.

We are so pleased you found Paradise with us at Hanalei Bay Resort. We are delighted to know that when you arrived after dark, you were greeted warmly by the HBR front desk staff and shuttled to the condo. The shuttle is so convenient when guests have a lot of luggage. We are pleased you found the bedding and mattresses to be comfortable. Waking up in the morning to enjoy the beautiful view of Hanalei Bay is always special. Yes it is difficult but eventually it is time to leave the balcony. We agree the property is fabulous. Aloha Becky, We are pleased you thought the view from La'e Nani 325 breathtaking. We are delighted you thought the beds were super comfortable and the furniture comfortable as well. As a team we do our best to care of La'e Nani 325 but our housekeeper Grace really deserves much of the credit. We agree the La'e nani Resort grounds are immaculate and the pool is pretty nice.
