“execuitive rooms”
We were lucky enough to stay on the executive floor at no extra cost !!!!!!!!!! Everything was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful and always pointed us in the right direction for transport.
“Hotel Belvedere, Great for the Price”
Hotel staff spoke english and were helpful with all questions. Room was clean. Laminate wood floor in room. Single room was small, but what european hotel room isn't. Included breakfast was great. Assorted pastries. scrambled eggs, canadian style bacon, link sausage. Hotel had 2 elevators, so it was easy getting luggage up to 5th floor ( top floor ) Room was well kept up. Bathroom clean. Could not get the TV to work but kind of glad I didn't. I might have been up to the wee hours of the morning watching it after coming in late from exploring Prague at night. Overall and A grade for the Hotel Belvedere, I will stay there again the next time I go to Prague.

“A friendly little hotel very close to the Trams Stops”
I stayed here with my wife and my parents. We had 2 rooms on the fifth floor. The rooms were had adequate space and were very clean. We had a buffet breakfast included. The choice was limited but food was fresh and there were some very nice bread and rolls available. The small hotel bar stayed open until 2 am and the staff there were very friendly. The bar prices were good value. Overall an excellent stay. The hotel was very close to the tram stop. One can get a Number 8 Tram right into town, only 2 or 3 tram stops away. I would recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passer 3 jours dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et disponible pour des renseignements. Situé à 100 mètres d'un arrêt de Tram, idéal pour ce rendre au centre de Prague

“bonnes prestations, bonne situation”
Assez grande chambre au décor sobre, très propre, petits déjeuners copieux. Hotel dans un quartier calme à proximité des agréables jardins Letna que l'on emprunte pour se rendre au centre ville en 25 mn, le chateau est à 35 mn par ces mêmes jardins. Pour les allergiques à la marche à pied, le tram passe au pied de l'hotel, et le métro est à 5mn. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel
“Excellent value for money”
Not in the centre of Prague but we walked in the first day to get our bearings (about 1 mile over the river) then used the tram service thereafter. Several stops quite close to the hotel depending in which direction you want to go. Buy a ticket from reception to cover the length of your stay rather than individual tickets for each trip. We took a taxi from the airport on arrival (650kn) and the hotel arranged for a taxi back (500kn). We spent little time in the hotel but it more than served its purpose. The staff were very friedly and helpful.

Très propre,calme,petit déjeuner copieux. Très agréable, on traverse un parc pour rejoindre le centre ville. A éviter:le restaurant de l'hôtel.
“very good value”
There is some major road work going on in the main street but there were excellent tram services nearby to all 3 areas of the City of interest to tourists as well as a convenient if rather unattractive Tube station. It is possible to walk through the nearbyLtna Park (stunning views) down various steps to several of the bridges. The exterior is rather unprepossessing and it is a large hotel but there are superb watercolours by a local artist in the corridors. Our "standard" bedroom had high ceilings , was simply but tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable but there was no air conditioning we could control and this should be borne in mind if staying in July/August. Breakfast was a good buffet catering for continental and central European taste (including salads and grated carrots !) Don't be put off by this hotel location in Prague 7,just outside most tourist maps. It is close to a superb museum of Modern Art and it's 5 minutes by tram to the Castle precinct and Old Town Square. This hotel charges for use of the safe deposit box in the bedroom . This hotel is very good value compared to those in the Old town.
