“Wonderful new "green" hotel”

Great location and wonderful newly constructed hotel. Spacious rooms with many "green" features. Included breakfast only ok but everything else top notch. We will go back.

“My favorite, this trip. Would definitely do this again.”

Newer hotel in Portsmouth. Walking distance from most activities around town including restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Lobby was beautiful. Staffed with at least 2 persons each time we passed by. Front desk folk were helpful too. Comfortable lobby seating area which was attached to dining area (morning breakfast). Breakfast was very well done. Nicely laid out and plentiful. Rooms were excellent. Featurned full workable kitchens with apt sized fridges and DW. Coffee makers, toasters and 2 burner stovetop. Cabinets included dishware, flatware, pots/pans, glasses and cups. Baths were shower only but with large sink areas and very contemporary. Large screen LCD. Sofa. All in all - Set up like a studio apt.

“Very nice hotel.”

I loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was great and there was plenty of selection. Hotel staff was always helpful and pleasant.

“Great Hotel. Would definately recommend to friends or family.”

There were indications that the counters in the kitchen area hadnt been cleaned. Other than that I had no complaints with the room.

“Great new hotel in Portsmouth”

I am from the area but moved away 10 years ago. Back for a visits and found this great new RI. For about the same price as the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn, we got a great one bedroom suite, with full kitchen in a brand new hotel. Everything was spotless and we had a great corner room. The pool was nice and my 5 year old enjoyed swimming, while we relaxed. I had an event Sat. night and my husband and son walked around this great town. Everything is within walking distance and the location is perfect. Off the main street. I would highly recommend this hotel. The Sheraton is a little fancier and right on the Harbor, but having stayed there, I would definitely recommend the RI for value and cleanliness!

“Quite satisfied.”

Pleasantly exceeded expectations for a lower-end chain in a mass market brand -- new, fresh rooms, well appointed and a nicely loaded property. While not farm-to-table by any stretch of the imagination, the free breakfast was very plentiful and nicely presented.

“Frequent visiters -”

Very nice. We've stayed in all the downtown Portsmouth hotels and this is now my favorite. It's close to everything, love the extra space/comfort of a small suite, great place to bring the dog along, etc. The parking is a little bit of a pain but not really. Portsmouth is never so crowded that you can't find a place to leave the car. We'll be back -
