This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house sleeps 14 guests and is conveniently located 4 houses away from the sands of beautiful Hampton Beach at 5 Atlantic Avenue. The home is also within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer including the boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, shops, and fishing piers. Hop in the car and drive to popular local destinations- Newburyport MA is 20 minutes, Kittery ME is 25 minutes, and Portsmouth NH is 25 minutes.

There is plenty of space for everyone in your group! Enjoy lounging in front of the TV, or relax in the sunroom which is a great place to read or play games. There are many board games, card games, and toys provided for our guests to share. Wireless internet is complimentary and the TV is set up with Netflix, YoutubeTV, and Pandora Radio.

The beach awaits your arrival! Take in the fabulous views of the sandy beach from the front porch and breathe in the fresh, salty air while sitting out on the large back deck. You can even cook your meals on the propane gas grill that is available for you to use.

The kitchen has beautiful, new granite countertops, stylish solid wood cabinetry, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. There is a 4-seat kitchen table and a 4-seat bistro table for your convenience.

We came to town with 10 people for a relay. This house has all the space you need. The beach access is great, so close and tons of restaurants in walking distance. Would totally stay here again. Property managers very responsive too. Thanks!

Steps from beach and boardwalk
This beach house was perfect for our family. Unfortunately the weather was pretty lousy so we enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch, playing the many board games provided by the hosts. The back deck has a big beautiful table with umbrellas. It is STEPS from the beach that wasnt crowded (end of June/cloudy weather). A short two block walk brings you to the boardwalk where we shopped & ate in restaurants overlooking the beach. We also took a short ride of @15 min to try other restaurants. Unless you are looking for a water view, this house is in a perfect location

Best of all world's for family!
This house and it's owners were incredible. You can see the love put into this home. The basement rooms were perfect for my teenagers, the main floor great for the little ones and their parents. We Loved the master suite. The house, particularly the kitchen is well stocked with just about everything and the location can't be beat!!! Thank you do much!!
