Very nice and neat. The room was very spacious with a little kitchen which was very convenient. Super comfortable. They don't have anyone at the front desk from 6 pm - 10 am the next day in case you need anything. There is an emergency number to call just in case there was something of urgent nature. That would be the only disadvantage I found

Good afternoon,We appreciate your comment, however we consider it unfair because all the points you mention are very clear in our advertisement.As clearly stated we do not operate as a hotel, we are local accommodation, and we dont have a 24-hour reception or concierge service. In our advertisement its very clear that we dont have an elevator and we have photos of the stairs, in the booking confirmation email we also alert you to this fact.Regards

This property was more beautiful than we anticipated. The high ceilings, large bed, and full accommodations were greatly appreciated. Everything you need is within a 30 min walk and Bolt was always quick as well. When we come back to Porto, we would love to stay at this property again.

First the long instructios on how to enter and use the codes puzzled me a little but when you figure out at the place you start enjoying the beauty of the place. And private parkinglot is such a big deal in town when the streets are so narrow

There is a lot of art galleries on the street. Right up the hill is great shopping and eating options. Property had tall ceilings and felt roomy. The kitchen had the very basics as far as utensils, pots, plates, cups, etc. The grocery is very close so if you are staying more than a few days it is easy to pick up what you need for the day.

Loved staying here. Our room 1E had access to the backyard which was great to sip coffee in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The programmed locks take a bit of getting used to but they worked out fine.

I already submitted a detailed review mentioning the brocken batroom fan, and many other similar things. I was a returning customer, but not anymore. It seems that customer's voice it is a just noise that comes and goes.

Hello Dorian, we are sorry for the situations that occurred during your stay. What you told us was taken into account, and the situations have already been resolved, maintenance problems in accordance with our rules and procedures can be resolved within 72 hours, however you always said that there was no problem with the ventilation failure in the bathroom of your apartment and that it did not interfere with your comfort.

We loved it! The room was exactly like the photos, clean and spacious. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was great! Location is great and some really good restaurants nearby!

Kinda far from the city centre, the whole room felt very cold and uninviting. Stayed in the room with the 3 bunk beds and there were bugs on the walls. Top bunks very hot.

It is difficult to understand what kind of insects you are referring to, but flies and mosquitoes exist all over the world and can enter through the window, it is something that we cannot control.Kindest regards

Hmmmm
If you are a light sleeper, stay away from this apt. Sound insulation is very poor, I was on the second floor, there were family staying above me with two kids running around. I could not get a good night of sleep while I was at this hotel, its as pictured, clean and spacious and beautiful but stay away if you are a light sleeper or asked to be on a third floor. Just pack light, there is no elevator at this apt.

The apartment is lovely, and the staff friendly. Due to the age of the building, there is some mold at the bottom of the windows.

We were greeted by a friendly host and she gave us detailed instructions on the property and also provided useful guidance and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the historic sites, the river and shopping areas. We highly recommend the property.

This property is in a great location. Easy to get around, while still avoiding the hustle and bustle. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

Great neighborhood, most places in walkable distance. They put us in a room that’s next to the reception on the ground floor and we had a few issues with the room. Other than another issue that we’ve got sorted, the room is not soundproofing at all & the have a problem with their door being extremely hard to shut & people will need to slam the door every time they come in & out after the reception hours (which is exactly when you are in bed) & you can also hear all the conversations people have at the lobby Don’t know about other rooms but they shouldn’t have making this room available for their guests to stay.

Although in a rather busy area, the space was private, quiet and safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to get around and good shopping and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights with my wife who twisted her ancle on the first day. We ended up staying in for the first few days and cooking at home. The kitchen was small but very well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet with a local feel with lots of coffee shops and good restaurants near by, but still walking distance to the city center. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and guided us to the hospital one block away to check my wife’s foot. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Superb location, excellent rental
We spent 4 nights here, at the top (3rd) floor, in a cozy, well thought room. Very clean, newly-ish decorated (5 years?), comfortable bed, kitchenette, fridge, even 2 books from Torga. Nice large bathroom with very modern amenities. The only inconvenience: no elevator. Oh, and we needed to watch our heads when standing (we had a loft). We were helped with the luggage by one of the managers (Diogo), and during our stay the other manager (Márcia) was also extremely helpful. There is a private parking in the back, easily accessible. The street is full of art galleries, one even in the same building with the suites. We highly recommend the restaurant Xau Laura down the street, and the park behind the Super Bock Arena, with breathtaking views of the river. Also, the 48 hours pass on a Hop On Hop Off.

Perfect place
I loved Porto Downtown Lovers Suite. The room was large and nicely decorated. The building was quiet. There were lots of things in walking distance. I never used any form of transportation, I just walked to everything. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Duoro River. The staff were very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location, Clean & Welcoming
We really loved staying in this hotel and will definitely consider it for a return visit. Situated perfectly in between the Super Bock arena (where the convention was being held) and the heart of the tourist area downtown, it was very convenient for popping back to the room for a quick regroup. Their staff clearly cares for the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and does an excellent job! The room itself was well-appointed with a small kitchenette, very comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the necessities. We enjoyed the shutters for blocking out light in the day and sounds from the street at night and overall it was quite peaceful. The folks at reception were very helpful and kind during our stay and even offered to hold onto our bags before and after. We would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone and will definitely consider returning!

Amazing apartment in great location
We loved our stay here! We stayed with one small toddler and found the apartment extremely spacious. The lady on reception is super friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment is located on a small quiet street, it is within 1 minute walking distance to a small supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants and then just a few minutes walk to some of the high streets. The apartment is super stylish and very modern and for how much we paid we were shocked how large it was!
