"We loved our stay with Isabel in Porto. The Apartment was spotless, very well designed and comfortable for two. Isabel arranged transportation for us and a great full-day Douro Valley wine tour that I highly recommend. If your looking for a place with a high design fell this is your place. It’s a 2nd floor walk-up but not unmanageable if you can walk the hills of Porto. Also can be noisy at night but that’s the cost of a great location."
"Lovely refurbished building. Our room was unique; a door off the entry that took you to a small sitting room and stairs up to the bed and bath. Very nice; comfortable bed, good ventilation, great shower and a sitting area balcony overlooking the garden and restaurant. They offer a lovely buffet breakfast and Annabella and staff were very accommodating. And we discovered how incredible the restaurant, Jangal, is. Incredible menu, newly opened. Truly a great experience not to be missed. "
"Great hostel, owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is just a 10 minute walk to the main area of Gaia and Porto, so its quiet, but also convenient. I got a private room in this hostel, but I'm sure a dorm room would've been fine. Free breakfast every morning and owner offers recommendations or engaging conversations about Portugal and Porto. They did my laundry for 10 euros too, which was great. "

"Near so much of Porto's sights and history. The new Metro Station construction was a bit of inconvenience, but wasn't a major disruption. "

"Porto Palácio was an excellent choice. The staff is super, every person we interacted with was so friendly, always providing helpful information and tips about the city and attractions, and supporting us every time. The rooftop is delicious at night, a true gift to relax after a terrific day at Porto.
The property was comfortable, clean, and quiet, a little bit distance by walking from Porto Riviera, but Uber service worked efficiently. "

"You will have to drag your luggage to the front entrance of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to go to the door and if costs more. Uber is not allowed there. I had asked for a replenishment of face towels but none came for 4 days! My tv did not work and it was clear that they replaced the whole thing because the furniture was moved around when I got back. And the person left the master key card in the slot. When I brought it back to the front desk, the person didn't seem to realize that I could have used that card to get into anyone's room and steal anything! I would stay there again but I would ask for a room facing the water. Looks like I was supposed to get an upgrade but that did not happen. But got a bottle of their house wine instead. I guess I should have been more demanding about the towels. But I did ask about them every day for 4 days. Never got them in the end. "
