Alessio’s dropped a pin for location & directions which took all the stress off finding the place. The property is spotless whilst soaked in rustic charm and beautifully presented. The rooms are super comfortable with every convenience. The pool, gardens, table tennis table, football game all ready and waiting for you to play. An amazing holiday venue.

Beautiful villa with lovely hosts
This is a very comfortable property. The ‘apartments’ all have air conditioning - we were an extended family using all three apartments - and the large family area was suitable for fun evenings with games etc. The pool was a big hit! Alessio and Cattia are excellent hosts.

Amazing family holiday in Tuscany
We spent an amazing two weeks at the villa at the end of July / beginning of August with family. Alessio and his mother were extremely accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The accommodation itself was fantastic, and care has been taken to preserve the natural features and Tuscan charm. All of the rooms were very clean, well equipped and presented beautifully. The pool and surrounding garden was consistently clean, with a variety of activities for all ages, and several seating areas for eating, drinking and socialising. The view of Poppi Castle and the surrounding Tuscan vista was incredible. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return at some point in the future.

More than a place to stay
This was a beautiful place to stay. It was far more than just someplace to sleep - it was an experience. Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel right at home. We asked for a pizza night in their wood fired stove and it was amazing! Pizza in the US never tasted so good and our hosts made the evening fun. We used the Villa as our home base while touring the region and found it perfectly located. It was a hike but we walked to the castle and the beautiful village of Poppi. There is a grocery store about a five minute walk from the villa that had everything we needed. All in all our stay was a wonderful experience and hopefully one day we will come back. Thank you Alessandro and Katia for being such excellent hosts!!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso
Io e dei miei amici siamo stati in questo agriturismo per un weekend...decisamente troppo poco tempo! La struttura è bellissima e in una zona veramente tranquilla. Siamo riusciti a staccare dal caos della città godendoci questo piccolo angolo di paradiso che ci ha dato sia la possibilità di stare tutti insieme, facendo tante attività messe a nostra disposizione, sia il modo di stare un po' più soli per goderci la pace. La piscina, il ping pong, l'idromassaggio, il barbecue, il forno a legna...insomma un posto fantastico. Inoltre la comunicazione con i proprietari è sempre stata facile e loro sono stati fin da subito disponibilissimi. Insomma, consigliatissimo!

Sempre un piacere
Abbiamo trascorso nuovamente una piacevole vacanza in un posto bellissimo a due passi da tutto. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali. Rispetto a qualche anno fa, è stato aggiunto un quarto appartamento (davvero bello e spazioso) ed una vasca idromassaggio esterna riscaldata che nei periodi non estivi risulta essere molto utile e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente, magari per qualche giorno in più.

Best house ever!
The house was perfect for our group of 12p. Three separate apartments with a big room with kitchen in the center. Very nice pool. Good surroundings and 5min walk to a grocery store. Great place for short and long excursions… But the best was Alessio, the guy that runs the place. He is a star and solved a lot of problems for us. Thank You Alessio❤️

Schönes Objekt mit ganz viel Platz…
Wir waren in einer Gruppe von zwei Familien dort. Die Apartments waren super eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wahnsinnig groß, der riesige Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders toll war der Kontakt zum Vermieter, welcher wirklich schnell und freundlich reagierte, als ein Problemchen auftrat. Sofort erledigt. Sogar mit lokalen Leckereien aus eigener Herstellung wurden wir versorgt. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft ☺️ Ein Hinweis für Ausflugswütige: Angesichts der Lage muss ein wenig mehr Zeit für die gängigen Ziele eingeplant werden.

superschöne Urlaubswoche
mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern eine sehr erholsame Woche verbracht, Objekt weitläufig, Appartements geräumig, Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr üppig, gemeinsamer Essbereich außen ist sehr gut, Anlage ist gepflegt. Straße und Zug in der Nähe, hat uns nicht gestört, Pool fantastisch angelegt und gepflegt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend, gute Tipps bezüglich Verpflegung, bietet regionale Produkte an (Wein, Honig). Supermarkt und Zentrum Poppi zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Besuch der Burg lohnt sich.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne, erholsame Urlaubswochen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein, Pizza, Wurst, Käse und Honig. Die große, komplett eingezäunte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt verschiedene überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tischtennis, Kicker und den super schönen, großen Pool. Die drei Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles im Haus war so, wie auf der Online Seite beschrieben. Die große Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alessio war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich, Kontakt auf Englisch. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub und wir können jedem den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Besser geht kaum!!
Wir sind als große Familie angereist mit 20 Personen. Es gab verschiedene Appartements jeweils mit einem oder zwei Bädern und separater Küche und eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit offenem Grill und Holzsteinofen für Pizza und Brot. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck sind in unterschiedlichen Größen und ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung. Riesiger Außenbereich mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Kicker, Tischtennis und einem super schönen und großen Pool mit bequemen Liegen und Stühlen und ausreichenden Sonnenschirmen. Es hat kaum gestört, aber die Straße und der Zug gehen nicht weit vom Haus entfernt vorbei und man hört Beides. Ist uns aber wirklich nur selten aufgefallen. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht den nächsten Supermarkt sogar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten und in Poppi gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, danke an die tollen Gastgeber!!

Una villa a dir poco meravigliosa, ma la cosa migliore è la disponibilità e l'ospitalità dei proprietari. Ci siamo trovati veramente divinamente e consiglio il soggiorno perchè ne vale veramente la pena.

A truly successful holiday!
We spent our summer holidays with 3 families in this house. To our group belonged 4 adults and 6 children aged 5-9 years. The children had a lot of fun on the premises and were always very busy. To the equipment of the house belonged, apart from the one mentioned in the advertisement, also a child playhouse around garden, a table tennis table and a football table. In this pandemic time we enjoyed our holidays very much and spent a lot of time at the great pool. There are great shopping possibilities for fantastic groceries in the surrounding area (pasta factory, farm with butcher and other shopping possibilities). We prepared several times pizza in the wood oven and "bistecca alla Fiorentina" on the grill. The whole house was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everyone in our group enjoyed their holiday very much and would like to book again.

Great house
We were three familys and the house was perfect for us. It was three apartments so each family could have their own space. Then there was a big kitchen and place to eat all together. Outside it was e a lot of space for the children to play and the pool area was very nice with sunbeds and a great pool. We really enjoyed our stay and the host Alessio was very friendly and helpful. It is a house we truly recommend!

Fantastic Villa in a not too fantastic surrounding
Really beautiful villa+garden, ideal if you go with 3 families to book the whole place. There is a common area with a very well equipped kitchen and a wood pizza oven. Air conditioning worked great. Pool and garden fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the place. This is a 5 star accommodation but in a 3 star surrounding : quite close to the road and what sounded like a gocart place, and also Poppi itself is not the best place to stop by in Tuscany. Huge thanks to Alessio and his mom to light up the pizza oven for us, it was a great experience. Despite the road (which you can get used to quite quickly) I recommend this place.
