Wonderful property
We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The pool was lovely and such a huge hit with the kids that they would have happily spent the entire holiday going nowhere else! The living area and kitchen are beautiful and really spacious and all the equipment you would need is provided. Thierry is lovely and made the check-in and out really simple. The setting is quite remote but there are lots of lovely places to visit within a reasonable distance and the nearby beaches are beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we are next in the area. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great family holiday with friends
Thank you for a fantastic property to holiday with friends. Two families with young children aged 9 and under. Plenty of space, a great family kitchen and outdoor area for meals. Kids made fantastic use of the pool. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas, cycling, running and everything in between. Would hugely recommend Pleusecat market on Saturday mornings. Sunset was perfect and all the surrounding beaches are stunning.

Great stay in Brittany
We spent 2 weeks at the house in Plouescat in July and had a fantastic family holiday. This is the second time we have stayed here as the house is perfect for our family: large communal living space looking out onto a big garden; indoor pool (as you dont always leave the UK weather behind!); great location close to many beautiful beaches. The house is clean and has all the amenities we need. Everyone involved has been very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Relaxing vacation in an idyllic farm house
This is a wonderfully cozy and generous home in the country. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, and the kitchen is very well equipped.The large property offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and pursue their interests: swimming, a little golf practice, a game of boules or just soaking in the sun. Cozy evenings In the large kitchen and in front of the fireplace are guaranteed. Supermarkets and bakeries are within a 10 minute radius. The location in general is a little remote, so that we ended up doing a lot of driving to see some of the other towns in Bretagne. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a stunning part of Brittany.
We had an amazing holiday in Brittany staying at maison serenité. The house was perfect for my family and I who all enjoyed the wonderful rooms, swimming pool, massive garden and a few hotly contested games of petanque! The area had many immaculate beaches and places to visit close by and the restaurant Emmanuel recommended (Roc'h Ar mor) was a superb experience with the sunset. We will definitely be back to Plousecat and hopefully to stay here again.

Just superb. Has just about every amenity you could wish for.
Lovely property with good quality fixtures and fittings. Plenty of outside space, beautiful heated indoor pool with opening doors on three sides and piped music, six bikes games equipment for golf badminton boule etc. Inside, in lovely condition, comfortable beds and well fitted bathrooms. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment plates etc. Only minor is no English tv but WiFi is brilliant and we could stream Amazon movies thro our laptop and the tv. Highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious house in a very peaceful location
Really enjoyed our stay and using the facilities in the house, especially the indoor swimming pool which was wonderful. All rooms were very large particularly the lounge into the kitchen, this feeling of space and light was very pleasant. We wondered whether a few routine checks could be made of available equipment in between people staying, to ensure all is working prior to the next. Possible visitors' book to request reviews and improvements could be of use? Minor criticism though for what is a beautiful house in a naturally stunning location.

Repos assuré grâce au grand jardin calme et à la piscine
Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans la maison. L'immense jardin au calme avec vue sur les champs était top pour notre chienne. Grâce à la piscine chauffée nous avons bien profité de la baignage pour ce mois de mai avec tout de même de belles éclaircies. L'accès à la mer et au GR par les chemins à travers champs se fait en 15 min à pied sans difficulté et la maison est vraiment belle. Nous recommandons cette location !

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und charmanten Landhaus
Das wunderschöne Landhaus ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank des gemütlichen Wohnzimmers, der großen Wohnküche sowie des wunderbar warmen Pools hat uns das unbeständige Wetter auch rein gar nichts ausgemacht. Auch ist das Haus für ein Ferienhaus hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Betten sind bei Ankunft bereits bezogen, Handtücher sind ausreichend da und selbst Holz für den kleinen Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer liegt bereit. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der riesige Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht einsehbar. Vom Küchentisch aus kann man morgens die Bussarde beim Jagen im angrenzenden Feld beobachten. Für Ausflüge nach Plouescat und die nähere Nachbarschaft stehen reichlich sehr gute Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Weitere wunderbare Strände, Küstenwanderwege und Städte sind unter 30 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Anmietung und Übergabe war ganz unkompliziert. Vorab beantwortete Herr Nedelec geduldig alle unseren Fragen und vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Thierry im Empfang genommen, der uns auch jederzeit während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung stand. Für Naturliebhaber und diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen möchten, ist dieses herrliche Ferienhaus genau das Richtige. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Merci beaucoup, famille Nedelec. Nous aimerions revenir!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille et entre amis dans cette maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine a été très appréciée, tant par les ados que par les adultes, pour partager des moments de gaité et de fous rires ! Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons apprécié les randonnées sur le GR 34, l'ïle de Batz et l'île Callot. Merci aux propriétaires pour les échanges et à Florent pour l'accueil.

A quiet two weeks on the northern coasts of brittany
The property was exceptionally clean for a rental, we did not need to do any additional cleaning on our arrival, as is necessary often with rental properties. The house is well equipped, everything needed was provided. Surely much appreciated by families will be the washing machine and the dryer. The pool is a little smaller than what we expected from the pictures, it was nice for a dip but is otherwise probably more interesting for children. A jaccuzzi would be a great addition to the pool-area, since the view from it across the large garden is really nice. You can see so much of the horizon. We didn't use them, but the owners provide guests with 5-6 bikes, that looked really proper, which is a great idea. The center of Plouescat is 5 minutes by car, probably 10 minutes by bike. The supermarket is also 5 minutes away. Otherwise we made little trips to the surroundings every other day and had a good time discovering Brest, Roscoff, Morlaix and we especially liked the couastline west of Brignogan-Plage. Thierry, who took care of the handover, was easy to reach and always replied very timely. All in all we had a wonderful two weeks here. Thank you!

Das charaktervolle Haus, der Pool und der riesige Garten sind ein Traum. Wir reisten zu viert (Eltern und zwei Jungs, 15 und 18 Jahre) mit zwei Hunden für zwei Wochen an, die Grosseltern besuchten uns für einige Tage. Wir waren das fünfte mal in der Finistère, aber das erste mal in Plouescat. Wir genossen die tolle Wohnküche und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bei Sturm und verbrachten die sonnigen Stunden beim Baden im warmen Pool, bei Ballspielen im Garten und natürlich beim Golfen. Die Umgebung bewanderten wir nach einer kurzen Autofahrt, da das Spazieren bei den vielen Wachhunden nicht entspannend war. Nach den wenigen Minuten Autofahrt trafen wir in verschiedensten Richtungen auf wundervollste Natur, wo wir stundenlang spazieren konnten. Die Fahrräder sind tipptopp. Plouescat ist sehr hübsch - es beinhaltet auch praktische Geschäfte wie leckere Bäckereien, Spar, Apotheke, Crêperie etc. Dafür, dass das Haus doch sehr teuer ist, sind ein paar Dinge ausbaufähig. TV funktionierte kaum, wir empfingen nicht mal die Tour de France. WLAN ist so schwach und langsam (0.8 Mbps), dass wir Pakete mit unbegrenzten Daten kaufen „mussten“. Von der Küchenabdeckung löst sich der Lack, was sie unhygienisch und gruslig klebrig macht. Geschirr voller Hicke, Bratpfannen total abgenutzt. Duschhahn defekt. Haus ist im vorderen Bereich nicht - wie beschrieben - durchgehend eingezäunt. Bei allen Hasen und Katzen ums Haus ist das wichtig zu wissen. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr!

Chère Simone, Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. Nous avons pris bonne note de vos commentaires au sujet de la cuisine et nous avons pour projet effectivement de changer le plan de travail cet hiver . Nous allons également faire le nécessaire immédiatement pour les poêles et les plats. Pour le wifi, nous sommes surpris car nous n’avons jamais eu de problème , peut être est ce un problème temporaire de réseau avec Free. Pour la télé , même chose , mais nous allons vérifier tout cela. Pour le robinet de douche, cela doit être récent car il est tout neuf, mais nous allons également le remplacer. Il ne faut pas hésiter à nous prévenir au plus vite de tout cela pendant la location , afin que nous puissions immédiatement intervenir. Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr enstspannten Aufenthalt. Empfangen wurden wir von einem super netten, freundlichen Thierry. Thierry war auch während des Aufenthalts immer über Handy erreichbar! Super! Das Haus ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen, keine nervigen Nachbarn, die die Terasse oder den Poolbereich einsehen könnten.Man ist tatsächlich sehr ungestört und trotzdem fühlten wir uns wirklich sicher. Das Grundstück ist riesig, was sowohl für unseren Sohn als auch für unseren Hund toll war. Im Haus hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt, es gab reichlich Handtücher, die Küche war komplett eingerichtet. (Die Arbeitsplatte klebt tatsächlich ziemlich, ich ziehe deswegen keinen Punkt ab. Allerdings sollte da vielleicht doch mal eine neue her ;-)) Gartenmöbel, Grill, Liegen, Fahrräder, diverse Spielgeräte alles ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist wunderbar, mit 29° wirklich schön warm, er wurde während des Aufenthaltes sogar noch (natürlich von Thierry) gereinigt. Also, ein wunderschönes, wirklich geschmackvoll, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Man spürt die Persönlichkeit der Besitzer.

Cette maison s'appelle Sérénité. Elle a été le reflet de nos vacances. Un doux moment, une parenthèse enchantée. Tant au niveau de l'habitation et ces petits plus (piscine, terrain, practice de golf, vélos) que l'endroit en lui même (mer à proximité, chemin de balades, commerces). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette jolie maison de caractère, très propre et fort bien équipée. De plus nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine intérieure. Les côtes de Plouescat sont magnifiques et nous les avons découvertes à vélo, le site de Meneham à Kerlouan est à voir absolument. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der einzige kleinere Makel war vielleicht die Arbeitsplatte der Küche... denke die Beschichtung ist nicht ganz in Ordnung, deshalb klebt diese ein wenig. Es ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Alles andere war Tipp Topp. Wir würden wiederkommen und empfehlen das Haus!

Wunderschöne Herbstferienwoche
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Herbstferienwoche in Plouescat und haben die aufregende Küste sowie die Entspannung im genialen Ferienhaus genossen. Die Aufteilung war für uns, 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 1 Hund optimal und wäre auch für 2 Familien gut geeignet. Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und ihn jeden Tag mindestens einmal genutzt. Wären die Herbstferien 2023 nicht bereits ausgebucht, hätten wir uns direkt für nächstes Jahr erneut für dieses Haus entschieden :)

Traumhafter Urlaub in herrlichem Landhaus
Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool und riesigem Grundstück war wunderbar! Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die grosse Wiese mit zwei Golflöchern, ein Bad, eine Toilette und dann das Herzstück, der riesige Wohn-Essbereich mit Kamin – gemütlicher geht es kaum. Vom Küchenbereich hat man ungehinderten Ausblick auf den grossen Garten, der von Beginn an bis ungefähr auf Höhe des Pools eingezäunt ist, danach ist er offen in Richtung der angrenzenden Felder. Wir sind für solche Situationen gerüstet und haben vom Kinderspielplatz bis zum Pool einen Hühnerzaun (ca. 30 Meter) montiert und unseren beiden Hunden so Freilauf ermöglicht. Der erste Stock ist in zwei getrennte Bereiche aufgeteilt und auch über zwei getrennte Treppen erreichbar – ideal für zwei Familien/Parteien. Über dem Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten – hier muss Bad und Toilette im Erdgeschoss mitbenutzt werden. Im anderen Teil des 1. Stocks ist ein wunderschönes Doppelzimmer mit benachbartem Bad und Toilette, darüber noch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Empfangen wurden wir von Thierry. Die Übergabe zu Beginn und am Ende war kurz und unkompliziert – so wie wir es am liebsten mögen. Thierry ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, falls Fragen auftauchen oder Hilfe benötigt wird. Am ersten Abend haben wir (bei Regen) die Aussenbeleuchtung angeschaltet und diese über Nacht versehentlich nicht abgeschaltet. Am anderen Morgen fiel die gesamte Beleuchtung im Haus aus und die Sicherung liess sich auch nicht wieder einschalten. Thierry war nach kurzer Zeit (sonntags) vor Ort – inzwischen liess sich die Sicherung auch wieder einschalten. Absolut perfekter Service - vielen Dank! Als Hinweis an zukünftige Mieter, die Aussenbeleuchtung besser nicht bei Regen einschalten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, zum Meer sind es zu Fuss ca. 1100 Meter. Der Feldweg dorthin ist bei trockenem Wetter in Ordnung, wir sind zum Spazierengehen trotzdem meistens mit dem Auto an den 10 Minuten entfernten Strand "Plage de Amiets" gefahren. Ansonsten gibt es herrliche Strände u.a. in Keremma, Meneham und Dossen. Ausserhalb der Hauptsaison auch kein Problem mit Hund. Bei Ebbe kann man weit hinauslaufen, empfehlenswert ist hier in jedem Fall eine Gezeiten-App, damit man rechtzeitig den Rückweg antritt. Wer Natur, gemässigte Temperaturen und Ruhe liebt, ist in der Bretagne und in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus gut aufgehoben - uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Magnifique maison pour séjour en famille
Très belle maison de vacances, conforme à nos attentes, les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute et réactifs. Les plus de cette maison: la piscine chauffée, les coins nuits séparés, une très grande pièce de vie. La région est superbe, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wunderschönes Haus mit perfekter Lage im Grünen und ganz vielen traumschönen Stränden in direkter Nähe. Perfekter Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifique dans ce gite de rêve. Tout y est bien : literie, aménagements . . . . et la piscine ! Nous n'en avons pas assez profité car il a fait beau les 3/4 du temps. Merci

Une parfaite location ! Une superbe maison !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison formidablement bien agencé et situé. Nous n'avons malheureusement eu aucun échange avec les propriétaires de la maison qui n'ont jamais répondu à nos emails. D'après les informations que nous avons eu avec le gérant immobilier ce n'est pas du tout habituel et il est probable qu'il y est eu un problème avec le site d'Abritel. Cordialement.

Merveilleuse semaine en famille
Propriété très agréable qui permet à chacun de varier les activités et à toute une famille de partager de très bons moments . La piscine est un vrai plus et la région est magnifique . Les deux chambres avec deux lits une place sont un peu moins confortables lorsqu’elles sont utilisées par des adultes mais cela reste possible. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine .
