We had a very nice stay at Hyatt House in San Ramon. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Overall the property is in good condition and the location is very good. Breakfast options can be improved but overall very good experience.

The room is nice, clean, and has nice amenities. Great set up for someone who wants the comforts of home while they’re traveling. The kitchen area had dishes and cookware which looked new and not over-used. The sheets were fresh and clean. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was fine, not fancy. Rooms were clean. Parking was easy. The breakfast was functional; again not fancy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient. Since it was a Hyatt, I was expecting a bit more upscale hotel, but it was a convenient location.

Just ok stay.
Overall a good stay. Unfortunately the bed was on the hard side & not real comfortable. The thermostat was janky, either it was too warm or it got cold if you clicked it down one. Pillows were also not comfy.

Lovely grounds, friendly staff, surprisingly decent breakfast. The thing I like the most is quiet hours are enforced in the morning until 9am, and breakfast stays open until 9:30. There is usually so much noise at hotels in the early morning hours. I appreciate that Hyatt is considerate of guests who rise a bit later and allow for a slow, pleasant morning. We will be back!
