Our room had dirty sheets. We found multiple pieces of hair and debris on the bed. I called down to the front desk to inform the staff and was told i had to go back to the lobby to pick up clean sheets. After a long flight I was tired but wanted clean sheets on my bed. I went downstairs to get them and they gave me sheets that were not even folded it looked like they came out of the dirty bin… They had hair and dirt on them as well. I was discussed. Towels were not even stacked up i had to use the same wash cloth and towel twice. I didn’t expect this kind of service from a Hampton.
