“Great Relaxing Stay”
Extremely Friendly staff. Great Atmosphere.
“Very impressed”
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. The rooms were top notch. The beds were dressed with clean white linen and had multiple pillows for comfort. The staff was very friendly and accomodating for a family of 4 including an infant. We enjoyed the indoor pool and would have spent more time on the beautiful patio alongside the river weather permitting. I would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent hotel all around”
Very comfortable clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good diner type restaurant right next store (Kings - they gave us a dinner for free when they didn't have an item on the menu we asked for) Will absolutely stay there next time we are in Pittsburgh. The only issues we had were not with the hotel but with the Pittsburgh highways - when we visited in the fall of 2010 half the roads in town were being ripped up or repaved thanks to the federal stimulus money. This included two of the four off/on ramps onto Neville Island. Even without the ramp issues we probably spent four hours at least in large traffic jambs over a three day weekend. The signage for detours/closures is horrible (not like in NJ) so be prepared if you are visiting in the next few months at least, probably longer. Again, no reflection on the hotel at all. Don't be afraid of the location away from the city center, the highway (when functioning properly) ramp is across the street from the hotel and will get you anywhere in the city within a half hour. Plus you don't have to pay a fortune in lot fees,...etc.
“Can't Wait to Go Back”
Fairfield Inn and Suites - Neville Island was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and the price was so reasonable and affordable. When I paid for my room, because of the low price, I expected the hotel to be in good shape. But when I stepped foot in the main lobby and into my room, I was blown away by the luxury, style and cleanliness. This is THE place to stay. It's about a 15 min. drive into the city of Pittsburgh, but well worth it if you want to save some serious money.

“Fantastic hotel, unique location, and great price.”
I was very pleased how modern and clean the hotel was. It was built recently which was pretty obvious. We had an important and also stressful trip but this hotel felt like home. The island location is not like any other hotel in the area. The price was low compared to similar hotels and access to the rest of Pittsburgh was still convenient. The pool, breakfast, and many other amenities were like hotels of higher expectation. The staff were polite and went above and beyond but were never invading our privacy or pushy. The next time I stay in Pittsburgh I will definitely book here.

Wonderful staff, tasty (more than continental) breakfast, kid's loved pool area, I loved the hot tub after a long drive! No room service but staff recommendation for delivery were delicious! Easy to find and I would definetly fo there again
“Pleasant Stay”
Everything at the hotel was nice. My only complaint was the brevity of the breakfast available. But hey, it's a free breakfast!

The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are spacious. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Great free breakfast. You can't go wrong staying here. I highly recommend this hotel!
