"Lots of construction noise. Additionally I was there for 3 nights and although room service did a great job cleaning my room, 2 of the 3 days they did NOT refill coffee canisters in the room, even after I made a specific request while housekeeping was in the room "

"Amazing room- huge and clean with every amenity. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and the cliffside views spectacular. "

"This place is a gem! The rooms are huge, there is an extra bathroom, the beds are firm, the water is hot, the oceanfront view is stunning, and the hospitality is amazing! "

"Great location! Such a beautiful location for a hotel on the water with beach access. We left our patio door open to listen to listen to the waves all night. Fire pits everywhere to keep warm. Breakfast was just bread (bagels, muffins, ect) little disappointed that Guest were leaving messes around the resort with cups and garbage on the grass/tables and used towels being left around when there were dirty towel bins everywhere. "

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
