Hotel is no frills but is clean and in good condition with ampple parking. Room was a good size and had both an external, outside direct door, and an internal hotel hallway door to go down to the lobby. King size bed was comfortable. Michele at the front desk was very friendly amd helpful. We did not use the grab and go breakfast so cannot comment on that. The only negatives are the bathroom with the water closet/shower is very tight to the door. The walls are paper thin with little sound insulation, so we could hear everything going on beside and above us.

15 of us came to Pincher Creek to a 4 day quilt retreat at The Den on Main St. Proximity to the hall made it a very good choice. Beds were super comfortable, staff super friendly, and would definitely stay again next time I come to town!

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were new. The coffee machine provided a diverse range of beverage options from lattes to hot chocolate. The grab and go breakfast had a variety of tasty and fresh options from a muffin to fresh fruit. The only disappointment was the shower. The water pressure was too low and it took forever to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

I liked having access to my vehicle parked just outside the room. The room also has a entrance to the main hallway letting you enter the main lobby or the bar area.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The internet worked well and the beds were comfortable. The bagged breakfast was good as well. I have stayed at the Travelodge 3 or 4 times and always had a great stay. Excellent value!!

Very clean. Nice little lounge with pub food. Very nice receptionist. I had a broken ankle and she changed our room to accommodate me. The beds were very comfy I would stay here again

JeffreyI am very sorry to hear that you experienced the Box Elder Beetle explosion we are having in southern alberta at the moment.I checked with the front desk and they state that no guest made any report of or complaint about Box Elder Beetles. Had you let us know we would have been happy to relocate you to an upper floor room.Typically in the fall these bugs seek warmth and climb up the sides of warm buildings. In all of my life I have never known one to crawl between the sheets? Since our beds are designed that nothing touches the floor, I find this quite an oddity. Had you come to the front desk and made a complaint I would have been happy to refund your nights stay.

Good location near highway and short drive to downtown Pincher Creek (or long walk). Facility clean and spacious - great fridge/freezer and M/W. Our room had minor problem with interior door, and staff helped very quickly.
