We initially had a problem because the room we booked was not really available. The manager was kind enought o upgrade our room and not charge us anything extra for the bigger room. Thank you for the great service 3 Palms.

“Best of Our Vacation”

We stayed at 3 Palms only one night, but we want to go back. We spent 8 nights in other hotels since we visit the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and LA and on the way back to El Paso we stayed at 3 Palms. The reception was great and very professional staff. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. They include a DVD player, surround sound system, more than enough towels, robes, and a fridge with snacks. Since we only stop for a night we did not use the pool. It is in a nice area and near the highways.

The 3 Palms in Sottsdale is a really good hotel with excellent front desk staff and clean refreshing rooms with all the usually trimmings. The Poole and hot spa were clean and well maintained and was not over crowded. More than excellent valuer for money. I recomend this place to anyone, travellers, business or with kids.

The hotel was very comfortable, pool was nice and I really liked the hot tub. It was a nice location easy access, I would book my stay there again if I'm ever back in Scottsdale.

My husband and I stayed at 3 Palms for our first year wedding anniversary and had a great experience. It was close to everything we needed and we didn't have to travel far to reach the places we had planned to go. It was less than 10min from Fashion Square Mall which we love to visit everytime we come to Scottsdale. The park next to the hotel looked clean and very nice and the overall area was clean. The hotel room was the best part of our stay I loved the updated modern feel and design. The bed was amazingly comfortable I didn't want to get up! I loved the free wi-fi which helped us search for things to do, having cable was great as well, and the dvd player came in handy for our RedBox movie. We enjoyed our stay at 3 Palms and will definitely stay again, hopefully next time for longer!

“A Scottsdale Oasis”

This is one of Scottsdale's best-kept secrets. The comfortable, well-appointed rooms are somewhat smaller than average but highly efficient. How many cost effective hotels offer a refrigerator, microwave, safe, DVD player, and 5-disc CD changer in every room - at no extra charge? The pool is gorgeous and has a delightful temperature; the upper level sun deck is the perfect addition. I haven't tried the fitness room, spa services, or onsite restaurant/room service, but the mere fact that they are available speaks volumes. As if this weren't enough, the spacious park across the street offers a gorgeous setting for romantic walks along any of several ponds. The lush green grass was made for family frisbee, frollicking puppies, and relaxing picnics. For a quick getaway or a planned vacation, consider the 3 Palms. I'm glad I did!
