“About renovation noises”

In a previous evaluation, I have been relatively negative about noise from works, specially Sunday. It would be a good idea to stop works this day of the week, when business people want to just rest at he hotel

“Felt secure, safe and "at home".”

Good rates. Everything went well with my stay in the hotel except for a poor room service one night (of all nights I was exhausted, tired and hungry). The woman who answered the Room Service phone could not get my order straight as she kept giggling and laughing (as if she was talking to someone else) while I was on the phone. Despite I called her attention to it, there was no apology or remorse except after I told the room boy who delivered the food to my room to tell her that I was not happy with the way she talked to me on the phone. She then called to apologize.
