Wonderful staff at check-in. We appreciated all the little extras offered: 24 hour free tea, coffee etc, plus milk and cream to take to your room so nasty powered stuff for in-room coffee! The location along the River was nice and we loved having a porch and direct access to the River. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were excellent friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were as expected, clean, good beds, all I needed. Did not use pool but others were and looked good. Breakfast a disappointment and if I could opt out of it and saved money I would.

For the price it certainly wasn't what I expected. No restaurant or bar on premises and the all included full breakfast was premade microwave food. Definitely not worth the price of a room

Good family hotel

This hotel continues to punch above it’s weight class. A very good option for business travel. Breakfast is nothing spectacular but suffices. The staff make up for it - I always stay here.

Service was great, staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Included breakfast was great, lots of options. Room was a bit dated and could use a bit of an update. Was mostly clean, however the bathroom needed a more diligent clean. There was hair on the ground and the shower head has buildup and water spots.

The first room I entered was very smoky and after reporting theis to the front desk they were very accommodating and moved me into a different, better room. The TV system was quite frustrating --it is such a slow system and extremely frustrating to navigate

Wonderful stay always/ this is the best spot to stay in Peterborough. Quiet and comfortable and the staff from the front desk to the kitchen were such a pleasure to deal with, friendly and so helpful down to gluten free options for the breakfast - very careful and so many compared to most. Excellent and highly recommended
