Gentile cliente, dare un giudizio negativo senza specificarne il motivo non è d'aiuto ne per altri utenti ne per la struttura. Ma la cosa più grave è postare un giudizio in forma anonima, quindi è chiaramente in malafede.

Not worth the price
You get basic room with no air condition, almost no amnenties and no breakfast. The location is good and the staff was nice though almost know no English. Wouldn't pay 50 Euro a night.

Let's start from the end: you would not pay 50€ per night! You are free to go in a hostel, because you will not find any private room, with private services for less than 50€. And you had a basic room with no air co because YOU choose a basic room, 2€ more for an upgrade was a big effort for your finances. Bad experiences could happen but it is not correct that what you found bad was a your personal and specific choice.

Good location for Santa Maria degli Angeli
This was our second time to stay. We like everything about the Vignola. Breakfast could be improved by adding meat and cheese as is common in Italy.

Familiar feeling!
Family-owned hotel at Santa Maria degli Angeli area (bus connection to the old town of Assisi, parking places just beside the hotel). We think that most guest were Italian – the lady of the house spoke just some words English. But the owners, at first sight a little bit grumpy, warmed during the four days of our staying, and when we left, farewell was very friendly. They also had a lovely dog (cocker spaniel) which added familiar feeling. Free Wi-Fi (we were told that it works only in the reception, but it worked very well also in our ground-floor room). TV in the room (only Italian channels), no refrigerator. At the breakfast we got cappuccino and cornetto with marmalade, juice and yoghurt. We lived here four days at the Easter. The magnificent church Santa Maria degli Angeli is very near, and the railway station is in walking distance. Nearby is also a quite good supermarket, some souvenir shops and many restaurants, bars, cafés and pizzerias. Because in the old town are just some hotels (and their prices are higher), Vignola is good choice for budget travelers.

heating was on the minimum and when I asked to increase, they just showed me a blanket .At midnight we were in the lobby looking for another place to stay and to our surprise, appeared vignolia hotel saying he had one last vacancy, and we were only ones in this hotel (note the internet only works in the lobby). My wife could not take shower due to how cold it was. We woke up with our chest aching from the cold air. The breakfast was a coffee and a cold croisant. Rude caregiver. Not even for free would I stay here again.

Family getaway
Very well situated walking distance to St.Francis of Assisi church,our destination.Reception was very good and helpful.Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet and bath room in suite was clean and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good and a wide variety of cakes,corn flakes.Coffee was good. A good variety of lunch and dinner places close to the hotel at reasonable costs. We were glad to stay two nights at this hotel.

This was the worst welcome to a hotel I have ever experienced. The female owner was rude and abrupt and treated her guests with utter disdain and disrespect. The rooms were clean and otherwise fine, but the attitude of the owner upon our arrival was unforgiveable. Check-out time is also a ridiculous 9am, and to my utter disbelief, the electricity supply to the room was cut off at precisely 9am. Unbelievable. I will never return to this hotel. Ever.

This place was great, the owner didn't speak very much english but the service was amazing! They are a diamond in the rough, I'll come back without question.

More like a Bed & Breakfast. Disappointed at service. They seemed to try but got impatient and tired if helping me make a long distance call. Later found out that all I needed to do on my own phone which they did not tell me was to press "+" followed by all the numbers.Check out time is too early - 9:30am ! Seemed not too pleased to have to call for taxi for us and literally shut the door on us to wait outside instead of inside. Best thing was they had storage for our luggage after check-out. Little English compounded the problem. Bus service w stop nearby but infrequent for us to get to Assissi Should not be advertised for people aiming for Assisssi and have only 1 nite.

This is a great home base while visiting Assisi. The bus stop is close. They have parking and internet. The breakfast is ok. I'm not sure if they had air conditioning because we had a fan in our room and that was enough.

Cozy Little B & B
This is a charming little hotel just outside of Assisi ... flowers in the front, very clean. It's owned and run by a nice couple and their son, which makes it warm and personal. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and close to the bus stop to Assisi. The breakfast was very good with croissants and great coffee. Only drawback is that none of them speak much English, but we managed fine :) I would highly recommend this to others!!

My family of five stayed at this hotel recently, march 12, 2012. We were the only guests at the hotel. Rooms were extremely cold when we arrived. Very nice staff person gave us suggestions to where to eat. Go to Santucci, excellent food and service, moderate prices. At night we were left alone in the property. Staff were back in the morningo to serve a simple but ok continental breakfast. No wi-fi. The rooms were modest, but big and spotless clean. there were no nightstands by the beds.

Great place to stay if you are not staying in Assisi. Right next to bus stop for bus to Assisi or the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Clean and well-kept. Would stay here again.

Hotel Vignola- Assisi
The hotel was great as well as the personnel...Wendy was superb...it was close to a supermarket where one could buy some small items as well as food...as a matter of fact we had dinner at the supermarket and it was much cheaper than a restaurant. it was also not far from downtown St. Mary of the Angels and the transportation to Assisi was also superb...iwish I would had stayed longer. Definetely we will stay here again...

Very good small hotel
While the owner and his wife did not speak English, we managed through a smattering of French and sign language to find some wonderful sights, unique shopping and great dinner all in one evening! The facilities were basic but fine, and very clean. The breakfast host was from England, so that helped as well, but overall the experience was positive and very reasonable.

pulizia e tranquillità
La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e luminosa, tuttavia si trovava nel seminterrato, dunque troppo fredda non per una temperatura primaverile. La signora è stata cortese. Non ho usufruito della colazione (a pagamento). per visitare Assisi in auto è l'ideale come zona, poichè è molto tranquilla. Attorno è pieno di localini, ristoranti, negozi.

Péssimo atendimento
O hotel até é interessante, mas o atendimento foi péssimo. Visitamos a cidade de Assis e no final do dia resolvemos procurar um hotel próximo pelo Hoteis.com. Fizemos a reserva e nos dirigimos para o hotel. Estava fechado e tocamos a campainha. Depois de tempo apareceu uma senhora na sacada e avisamos que tínhamos uma reserva. Ela foi extremamente grossa, depois de mais um tempo desceu e nos deixou entrar. Passou o tempo todo reclamando em italiano, jogou o meu passaporte na mesa depois de anotar os dados. Continuou reclamando e sendo grossa ao dar as informações e mostrar o quanto. Deu vontade de ir embora na hora. Nunca fui tão mal tratado. Parece que não gostam de hóspedes. Não recomendo.

Abbiamo passato 2 notti in questo hotel i titolari della struttura sono stati disponibili e cordiali per quanto riguarda la struttura il bagno senza cabina per la doccia lasciaun po' a desiderare per il resto passabile niente di speciale ma per chi vuole passare un fine settimana senza svenarsi va bene la posizione facile da trovare e a 5 minuti da Assisi

Für alle die kein Statussymbol benötigen.
Dieses kleine Hotel liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der Großen Kathedrale in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Hotelzimmer war sauber. Der Komfort und die Aussattung waren für ein 2 Sterne Hotel völlig in Ordnung. Besonders gut war der Empfang für das freie WIFI im Hotel. Dies ist auch in höher klassigen Hotels in Assissi nicht üblich. Außerdem sind die Preise für Getränke und das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr günstig! (Kaffee und Kaltgetränke lagen bei 1 € und das Frühstück bei 3 €).

L albergo è carino, semplice ma pulito, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, unica pecca la colazione molto basica. Nel complesso il soggiorno è andato bene!
