"We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English. He will give your great recommendations for restaurants or anything you might need. Do not hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyed a lovely stay! Very spacious and clean. Grounds are beautiful, flowers and vegetation. Pool was pristine! All the bedrooms with en-suite baths, perfect! Mateo assisted his Mother with a special dinner prepared just for us! In addition, we had a “master class” in pasta making at the villa! Plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. Recommend without hesitation!"

"The apartment is big, light-filled and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the pool is huge and even has a water feature. The grounds are beautiful, with seating areas everywhere. "We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....
