have been booking co workers at this property for business, this morning he complained to me that the live band were playing till extremely late late and he had to get up at 4.30am for a flight. Rooms should be more sound proof for the area

Although it has no fridge or coffee facilities in room and the rooms are small.once you work out how this hotel works then you will love it's staff and location more then anything

The property is a lovely small, boutique hotel on the edge of the CBD. It offers easy access to Perth without being a large business hotel. However, because the property is in a busy neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and clubs, they lock the outside door early to ensure only guests can access the hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived around 9:30 pm and found it difficult to checkin. A better/ more obvious doorbell system would be useful.

The location is central, staff lovely, newly renovated, comfy beds and the continental breakfast was nice and included. BUT if you are a light sleeper like me, this hotel is not for you. Area is very noisy, air conditioning made a constant beeping noise and even after being moved, the live band in pub over the road kept me awake till after midnight.
