The bathroom had been flooded at some ppoint and the floor was coming up. Tub wouldn't stop leaking and there was water spots all over the ceilings. Like bathroom.above has leaked before. Nothing actually fixed correctly. The pool was down for maintenance. They did offer 20 dollars off for that but it was a big disappointment.

Over all it was nice, friendly very convenient to malls, food. Only negative was mini fridge was dirty and icebox was one big lump of ice (needs to be defrosted) even better replaced. It worked.

The person at the front desk was great! Both evening and check out. Once to our room we could see it was a bit dated and warn BUT… it was clean, comfy and a nice space. Would stay again.

My garbages still had garbage in them when I checked in. I was disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed for modifications. Over all, it was fine for a short stay.

The carpet and bathroom need to be changed. The carpet is dirty and bathtub is disgusting.

Multiple issues
This is a hotel with many issues....took 10 minutes to find our reservations. Was told first could not find all 3 of our reservations. One in our group was in their room when someone else had a key and walked into their room. The front desk gave their room to someone else!!!! Not sure how you can even double book a room when someone is checked in already. Rooms were Very Very out dated and past updated timeline. This is a hotel that should be charging $80 a night not $180 night!!!

Definitely not 7/8 rating
Although there’s a letter in your room that states the hotel is under construction it’s more of a slum-reno. Pool was closed due to heating issues. Rooms were dirty, carpet stains, hairs on the bathroom floor, bedding was stained even after requesting new bedding that never came so I had to go down, couches were filthy, there was trash in the cupboards, bathtub had rust and peeling paint, elevators didn’t work, the entrance heater was being worked on, the list goes on. We were traveling for softball and there wasn’t breakfast being refilled so we had to go out to eat. Regardless, options didn’t seem too appealing. Pay the extra money and go to an American owned hotel that doesn’t try to cut cost at every angle.

The location is convenient and the cleaning are good. But the pool was closed, they won't tell you on media. The breakfast was fine but the coffee machine does not work.

Our apologies that you did not notice that our website states our pool is closed. We also have a sign on the desk and allow guests to cancel at no penalty if this is a concern. I do not know what you are referencing with "coffee machine" as we do not have a coffee machine for guests in the lobby nor has our coffee machine been broken. My apologies for any inconvenience.

The desk person was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean... didn't have an accessible bathroom and heat didn't work I was cold all night and was sick the next morning I didn't blame the desk person b/c he tried to fix it to no avail, all in all it was just ok...some things needed fixing but it was ok

Room wasn’t what I reserved. Pools heater is broken. Not working. Cable tv didn’t work. Drove 7 hours to cancel at check in. Second location booked through Expedia that the pool is closed or under maintenance.

In these difficult times, we are waiting on a part for our heater, and did not want to offer a poor experience to our guests. Our TV however, has had no issues and we would have been a simple fix if you had notified us. The room you received was exactly the room type that you reserved, as noted on your reservation, so I am unclear what the expectation was that we missed. Still we are sorry that we failed you and hope that you will consider us in the future.

Currently, Springhill Suites are running commercials. I stayed at a Springhill property on KY so I trusted the brand. Unfortunately, this property the room is disgusting. There items on the room from the last guest that tells me the room wasn’t cleaned. The mattress is old, stains throughout the couch and carpet. Like the tub looks like someone bathed and didn’t clean it. We didn’t have a comfortable rest and were too scared to shower.
