"We enjoyed our stay it was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There are lots of steps to get into building and up to the bedroom they are a bit steep! Not a place for anyone that cannot use steps. Only issue I had was one of the beds are squeaky so it woke me up constantly and neither mattress was very comfortable for me, but I have back issues and it only effected me not my partner, he slept just fine! "I cannot express how beautiful this townhome is. Very modern, spacious, beach-themed. Rooms are huge! Large kitchen with amenities galore which made cooking breakfast so easy. Owner provides extras such as plenty of dishes, towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, etc. so you do not have to travel with your entire home in your car. "The condo was well appointed and clean. Great location with a good seafood restaurant a block away. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted him. My only suggestion would be the mattress in the guest room was in need of replacing. It was a nice mattress but had met its life expectancy. If I visit Pensacola Beach again, I would not hesitate to rent this condo."
