"Difficult to communicate with staff when only one member could speak english so had to wait until she was on duty to sort things out. Booking included a full continental breakfast this came down to two slices of toast and a cup of tea. Had a tv in room which did not work until late on day 2 of a 3 day stay. Room had aircon but took 2 days to find out it was controlled from reception so was set at 33 c for 2 days. In the bathroom there was a strong smell of drains also the shower heads were...
