The Grand Victorian Inn is a wonderful place! Feels like you step back in time when you walk in! Our room was spacious, well kept, and adorably decorated! The hosts were very sweet. Will definitely keep this place in mind for another stay!

Wonderful property. Minutes from I65 but tucked in by countryside and, historical site and large park. Easy checkin and checkout. Yummy, homecook breakfast. With a museum style antique decore..really enjoy the ambienonce inside and out!

A grand historic building on a beautiful property! So many antiques - it's like a museum! We even had a bonfire one night. The owners are super nice and helpful. Wad convenient for Mammoth Cave tours

First time staying at a B&B. I thought it was old, interesting and a bit cluttered. Not close to restaurants or entertainment. Again, I have no B&B experience to honestly be a good judge.

John, people love B&B's for this reason. Only 5-12 miles to restaurants & entertainment in Cave City & Glasgow, however an amphitheater is being built and summer concerts series start May 3. Blessings to you.

The whole atmosphere of the property was simply authentic and welcoming. Karen and her husband were friendliy and helpful. They shared stories and they take pride in their business. The breakfast was delicious. If you enjoy antiques and sitting on a porch, this is a most wonderful stay!

This bed and breakfast is a living, breathing antique. It's decorated with antiques that correspond to the historic nature of the building, which probably was an old hotel during passenger-train days. Trains still operate occasionally, but not roaring freights. Very quiet (other than the trains), located in a tiny town, feels very safe. You'll have to drive a bit for meals other than breakfast and for something to do.

The inn itself is beautiful (all decked out for the holidays, too!), and the owners could not have been nicer. It’s also just a quick drive to just about every attraction in the area. A wonderful place to stay.

The Inn was absolutely beautiful! It was so quaint and charming. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Zona was so sweet and friendly, the true definition of southern charm and grace. Would definitely stay again. I hope we can return in the future.

We aren't really BnB people, but the stay was amazing. The staff and property were incredible. It was fun to get out of our comfort zone and try something different. I'm still missing the taste of the tap water.

Excellent location and hosts!
The place was perfect for our 1 night stay to see the mammoth caves the next morning, before heading to our final destination of Tennessee. Only 15min away to our cave tour, truly couldn't get any closer! Karen was a fantastic host, the morning breakfast with fellow travelers was excellent 👌 Great food and conversation was had all around. We will be back in the future and will revisit this place, bravo on this B&B 👏

Compared to the other places to stay in the area, Grand Victorian is by far the best place to stay near Mammoth Cave. On a stranger note, my husband and I felt like we were staying at someone else’s really awesome grandma’s house. Overall, we recommend Grand Victorian:)

Overall the stay was adequate. Hosts were nice and accommodating. What I did not like: 1-first night when I turned down the bed, the sheets appeared to have been slept on/not fresh/somewhat wrinkled as if they had been laid upon. 2-the room had an odd smell (granted it’s an old building, so one can expect a few oddities). 3-No ice other than a few sandwich size ziplocks in the freezer that did not last but for 2 drinks. 4-No glass glasses. I really prefer my Bourbon Old Fashioned in something other than a red Solo cup! 5- I was negligent in my due diligence and did not realize there is an operative train track 100-120 feet outside the front door. Minimum of 5 trains per night! I am not used to that and did not sleep well. 6-The room was small and not the room I had requested, however, the bed was comfortable.

There are ice buckets & glasses upon request. Cheers! Trains vary, we don't have control, most enjoy the sound. And, it was the room your reservation was under. Other then being right beside an active train track that sounds like it is coming right into your room, the stay was wonderful. Great comfy bed and nice breakfast. The hists were great!
