The location of this hotel was perfect. I needed to be close to central Dallas and this hotel was very easy to get to where I was going. It is a bit dated however and could use some sprucing up. I have stayed in lots of hotels and this one is an older facility and it shows.
My stay here was good. Needed a room for one night to attend a music festival. For only $60, this hotel was a good choice. Yes, it's not the Hilton or Marriott, but it's a good choice for anyone who is looking for a cheap room. If you're expecting to walk into a perfect room that has the same standards as a 4-5 star hotel, then you're clearly ignorant and don't know the meaning of a budget hotel. Spacious room with a fridge, sink, microwave and dishwasher. Good location as its next to a Red Lobster, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Jack In The Box and gas station. It's right off the freeway as well. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again for the same price.
Got a great rate through expedia which included all the amenities I need when I travel. The employees were courteous and helpful. The medical facilities were within the 15-30 minute range. Lots of places to eat and shop. If I ever had to return to dallas I would stay at this hotel and hope to see the hard working maid we had for the week.
The suits are very comfortables however the phone didn't work, the sink was taped and no one fixed it, the room daily cleaniness was averaged. On the other side the loby is very nice and breakfast is good
Our hotel was overall a good experience. The room was very clean and comfortable
About 3:45am there was a disturbance outside our room door
We heard a lot of cursing and moving around that lasted about 10 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we will use this studio 6 again.
Great hotel. New in town. You have a gas station with basic across the road. Next door there are about 4 restaurantes with goos food. Went to the steak house which is owned by an australian. Great service great food. Hotel staff friendly. Bed room was fine. Lovely place close for business.
Stayed here before and consider very satisfactory for the price. Hotel was practically full and a little noisy at times but not unbearable. Staff was friendly and very good, room quite comfortable with small but adequate kitchen facilities. Three day stay and no room service unless requested, but not a problem for me (plenty of towels etc).
Park Central is a neighborhood in north Dallas that caters to the business client. It is home to a wide range of retail and high-tech firms. It is also a residential neighborhood and several restaurants and hotels are in the area.
