Uncompromising Hotel Management
Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. She tried to call the hotel but due to the holiday season she was not able to reach anyone. She told me that she will pass the information to her supervisor for follow up. Later in the day, I did receive a confirmation call that the date had been changed to January 4th. When I arrived at Residhome Roissy Village, late 1 am on Jan.4, I was told that I did not have a reservation. I told him about the correction of the date, than he found my booking of the Feb. 4th and told me that he had not received any correction of the date. He told me that the only thing he could do was to provide me with a room against payment which I had no other choice but to accept his offer. The room was five minutes walk to a different building which I had to drug my luggage their without any help. I would never stay at this facility again. As a regular customer of Expedia, the least I expect is a refund of the charge made to my account.

Reasonable Hotel that needs some maintenance
Our first room had no internet, toilet seat was lose, large crack in bathroom mirror, bathroom door was on backwards and would not close (no kidding on backwards0, bathroom sink would not drain and dirty water came back into sink, soap dispenser in kitchen fell off the wall. After talking to reception staff after a long period we finally got a new room where everything worked, it wasn't very clean but you can't have everything. A two hour check in, I was not happy. Staff to their credit were very helpful and courteous, it is not there fault after all. I was away for 6 months and the bed was the most comfortable I encounted, very happy with that.

Excellent apartment-hotel close to Paris.
Front desk woman was helpful and efficient, and friendly. Apartment was fine--clean, large, good kitchen facilities and bathroom, big living room and bedroom, and comfy beds. Very efficient and prompt shuttle service to and from airport. Although a rather bare-bones apartment, it's still very big and affordable and fairly well equipped. I would certainly recommend it to everybody.

Disappoint for shuttle service
I am disappointed with transportation. Waited for very long time to be picked up fromairport. The driver was not nice. When we arrived to hotel, ask driver if hotel has baggage car to use. The driver' attitute was really nagtive. She said NO this hotel is 2 star or two and half star hotel.When we left hotel at morning, we need got taxi, because hotel's shuttle need to be reserved advance. I would to spend extra money for nicer hotel to for better transportation service instead of waiting and extra money for taxi.

Family Overnight Stay
The rooms are quite big compared to your normal hotel room. The kitchen is equiped with all necessary and clean cutlery. Overall I would stay here again, and Would recommend this hotel to friends and Family.

The accommodation itself is quite adequate, clean and sufficient especially as a stop over close to the airport. The air condition was not working the first night, and when we returned after a few days, there was no plug in the bath. These in themselves were not a big worry as fixable, but the attitude of the staff was not acceptable. We had a child with special needs with us who required a bath and a rest before a long flight back home. The staff on duty were at a loss how to solve the problems due to no personnel on duty, and the taxi that we ordered was cancelled by another staff member due to their lack of communication/system.

Easy parking, family friendly hotel- Self catering
Overall the hotel was good. We stayed there for a week and it was comfortable in terms of space and facilities. It had a mini kitchen with good size fridge-freezer, cooker and kettle. No toaster!!! Basic crockery was provided which was helpful. They provided 4 pillows and 4 blankets and when I asked for more they said they can't give any more. They don't have daily cleaning facilities and you even have to take the rubbish yourself to the bin outside the reception and ask for a black bin bag. Also had to make a trip to the reception to ask for toilette role. The parking is convenient. They have underground parking for 10 euros a night and the parking outside is 8 euros and there are always plenty of spaces available. I preferred the parking outside as the access was much easier. The beds were not that comfortable. Plenty of storage for your luggage and clothing. Not far from Roissy village shops in case you need to buy anything. We didn't use the restaurant.

Great airport hotel
Free shuttle was great. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast great value. I paid £68 for one night for four on my way to Paris which I think was really reasonable. Would stay again

Convenient, Clean & Cordial
Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in our unit was out of order, but luckily, it was a cool evening. Staff really go out of their way for you; they let us use their front desk computer to print our boarding passes. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Terrific hotel.

Fantastic !
Excellent location close to CDG airport. The apartments are new, clean, well-appointed and have a huge living room. The kitchen is too narrow and the bathroom is quite small, which is OK for one night but can become annoying when staying longer. The free internet connection does not support connection to a remote computer via a VPN, which can be an issue for business travelers (like us). There is no luggage trolley to transport luggage to your room and back, which is not practical for (like us) guests with much luggage.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport before departure from Paris. We chose it over others because of the free shuttle service. The description said the shuttle only went to CDG 1 but it also went to CDG 2. This made the shuttle ride long. Also if you arrive to the hotel late the shuttle to the airport in the morning is booked up. We had to take an earlier shuttle because of this and so had to get up super early when we already had a long travel day ahead. The room was okay but nothing great. It's really an apartment. Lots of nice hot water in the shower. We couldn't get the thermostat to work and it was a little cold in the rooms.

Stayed for one night for a layover. Worst hotel service ever. Rooms were dirty and there were bugs on the beds. Was given hotel shuttle schedule and waited over 2 hours before the shuttle came. Called hotel to ask and staff kept telling us the shuttle is 10 mins away. Staff was very rude when we informed them that the room was not clean and refused to give us another room and told us that it is not their problem. Terrible customer service.

Unusual hotel next to CDG Airport
The hotel staff was kind and helpful. There were several quirks about the room, but the staff helped us figure them out - unusual fold-out bed, slightly intermittent wifi, and an electrical system that requires the key to operate. There is a nice, modest restaurant next to the office, and we made good use of it. One disappointment, though, was the shuttle to the airport - one of the main reasons we chose that hotel. When we got there, between 9 and 10, the shuttles for the next morning were booked, and we had to take a cab to the airport. It cost 35 Euros for a 10-minute ride for our family of 4. The advertisement of free shuttles to the airport is misleading. Be sure to have some Euros set aside for that last cab ride.

Intended for families
I had a suite with living room and furnished kitchen. I was by myself for a single night, but it would have been very comfortable for a family or couple planning an extended stay. It's very convenient to CDG airport and has a free shuttle.

This apartment hotel is new and super clean, site is quite. Location is near the air port and Aéroville mall. The staff is helpful and speaks proper English. There is air conditioning in the room but we did not need it since it was in late MAY. Sound insulation is good although it is near the airport, we did not hear any airplanes noise. Parking is free

When we got to this hotel we were told that they had overbooked the hotel and they were upgrading us to a five star hotel ten minutes away. We wasted hours of our time getting to this hotel, waiting for the shuttle bus, and then waiting at the hotel to be moved to the five-star hotel, along with two other couples. Yes, it was an upgrade, but so were the restaurant prices (and as it is an airport hotel, no other choices for food) and we were charged the hotel tax at both hotels, even though we only stayed at one of the hotels. We would not recommend this hotel.

We were upgraded!
We didn't stay there. The hotel was overbooked but they upgraded us to the Pullman, which is a 4 star and closer to CDG :-). The people at the Residhome were very nice. FYI, you do not need to reserve the shuttle from the airport, the CDG shuttle runs every 40 mins but it holds about 10 people so, if it fills up, that's it.

Convenient for airport, wonderful manager!
I booked this hotel because we needed to catch a flight out the next morning. The hotel is located in a renovated village that has become a sort of multi-hotel complex, all serving the same purpose. In the frenzy of checking in dozens of other travelers arriving or leaving France, the graciously pleasant hotel manager took out time to calmly resolve a booking error I had made. It was the kind of service one might only expect from the concierge of a grand hotel of an earlier era! The hotel rooms are complete apartments, with a separate living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The room was very clean, spacious and convenient. It was the perfect space to reorganize luggage, relax, and get a needed good night's sleep after arriving or before flying out of Charles de Gaulle airport.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Not a bad place to spend more than a few hours until a international morning flight. Two rooms, coffee, tea and a full bathroom. Staff suggested a popular, good brasserie short walk from well-protected grounds. The village looks like a Disney set - similar monochromatic houses, lovely flowery and tree lined open spaces and sidewalks. Would return, but do bring earplugs for night time airplane noise.

Take a taxi, don't waist your time waiting for the shuttle
I waited 90 min. for the shuttle. The pick-up place is REALLY hard to find. It's not where the other hotel busses pick up. You need to press through a thick crowd to find the right place. The shuttle comes very infrequently. I made 3-4 calls to the hotel and was told that the shuttle would be there in 10 min although it took 90 min to finally arrive. Taxi fare is 20 Euro, I think. Take a taxi.

Good for family stay.
I did not have any problem at all. Went with family with 2 kids and it had kitchen, TV, sofa Bed. That's what I needed. It is a bit far from Paris but I went on my car so no problem. Value for money.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the free shuttle ride to the airport is very convenient. But it is very difficult to find even with a GPS. Additionally, it is very far from Paris. If you want to do some sightseeing, you better get a hotel closer to the center of Paris. I will not stay at this hotel again because of the location.

Overall rating: a very good hotel for a family
Good points: Hotel was very clean and comfortable and had a good interior.Rented a suite with my family of four people & had access to a microwave, fridge, pots, cutlery, kettle, cooker, etc. Staff were courteous and helpful and could communicate in English. Service was impressive. Negative points: Hotel was quite a distance from the centre of Paris, no train station close by and taxis charged a hefty amount to get you to the centre of Paris. There was no shopping centre at all, nearby, the television stations showed programmes in French language only (big challenge for those of us who came in from London & Lagos, Nigeria & spoke only English). Finally, the wi-fi did not work most of the time.

Worst Airport Hotel
Staff are rude and unfriendly. The hotel is far from the airport is a 25 euro trip each way. The hotel says it provides a free shuttle but it is the airport shuttle bus and comes every hour. I phoned the hotel before hand to book the shuttle but they were unhelpful and were not able to tell me where to get it from the airport. Also on the way home we had no choice but to take taxi again and they were even reluctant to ring a taxi for us. There is meals at the hotel other than breakfast and some rubbish 'snacks'. They are far from any restaurant and we had to walk 15 minutes to another hotel to find dinner. The rooms are comfortable but the WiFi did not work and they were not able to resolve the issue. The rooms are grotty with stained curtains, walls, lights. Staff are incredibly rude and we even had one staff member knocking on our door asking when we were leaving because check out was finished. We had actually booked for 2 nights and they had not even bothered to check. Do not waste your money on this hotel it is not worth saving money as you end up paying more in taxi fare and travelling for food. Every other guest that checked in also seemed to have one problem or another and someone was alwasy at reception complaining. We travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults.

Nice apartments in a good location
Great location near the airport and spacious enough to repack before flying out. Really nice, helpful reception staff who even let us leave our bags overnight when we left the next day. Unfortunately there was no dinner restaurant on site and it was quite a walk to get something to eat, also the kitchen cutlery and crockery was quite dirty. Otherwise, great. Thank you.

going to and from Disney land or into Paris this place is just perfect, close to the airport and major roads, nice village with all needed amenities is in walking distance. Cheap and does what you need it too.. would definitely recommend.

Stayed 1 night after late arrival at CDG. In the same area as the other more expensive Roissy/CDG airport hotels. Was ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids but lacked any home comforts to make it realistic for a longer stay

If you need somewhere to sleep for a night and nothing else, this place passes (barely). The rooms are a decent size but the staff are not friendly, the room is not clean and the area does not feel safe. Won't be going back.

My family of 4 stayed for one night. On the plus side, a new hotel in good shape, the internet worked. But not so easy to find in a surprisingly traffic-choked countryside near CDG. Also, suite not quite as advertised (double bed and sofa bed, but no promised twin beds) and had to ask for towels and additional linen. Overall, not bad, but not a revelation.

They only had one room when we checked in even though we paid for two. Unfortunately the room my son was booked into had bugs crawling on the pull out bed that the kids were to sleep on and the toilet seat was broken. They corrected it, but it took a room switch after the bugs disaster to get situated and the room was not really ready for us. If you ride the train and come in via Gare Du Nord, I suggest getting a train to the aeroport CDG and getting their free shuttle to the hotel if you do plan to stay at this place. Do not try any other method of transportation as you will be disappointed.

Too far away from Paris
The tile in the bathroom under the tub was falling out. The phone did not work. We were not given the proper instructions on how to work the stove and the tv. When we arrived I informed them about the phone and the tile but they never came to look at it so every time I had a concern I had to walk down to the reception area. The personnel was very, very rude and inpatient. We were sheduled to stay 2 nights but we left after the first night and had to pay for another hotel in Paris. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
