We stayed at this property because it’s within walking distance to La Défense Arena-the staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything-we would definitely stay here again!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the financial district, we felt very safe exploring and in the evening. Lots of restaurants and the arena for us was a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful, clean and updated property. Staff was excellent. The complementary 1st and last night treats were a nice touch.

It’s not good at all dirty bathrooms they don’t have windows to refresh the oxygen the room are smelly to very limited parking…

Excellent and attentive staff...
Extremely helpful staff! They immediately responded to the issues I am highlighting below. An A/C system that was difficult to control with instructions only in French (the staff had to come twice to address) and not enough pressure in the sink and shower. Both of these were addressed by the tremendously helpful staff of the Melia.
What couldn't be addressed because it is due to the poor architectural design of the building is the wasted space in the suite (hence why the hotel despite its efforts cannot be considered eco-friendly) and no sink in the toilet closet forcing you to have to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands.

The media la defense was beautiful staff were lovely but it was expensive in the skybar really expensive

I liked the quality of the hotel and everything was fine. The only minor complaint was with the elevators and key cards....had to get the cards reset a fee times. Also the hotel should provide washcloths.

Overall, the hotel is having a major opportunities in two key areas. 1) the staff was careless. We have booked a taxi to airport and confirmed twice. Yet, they said there was no booking only 15 mins before our time to leave to airport. 2) the water pressure in bathroom was a total suffering.

I had heard stories from people about how dirty and unsafe Paris can be. My experience was the totally opposite! This place was clean and beautiful including the surrounding area. The staff members that greeted us during check in/out were fantastic. The location is very close to metro which allows you access the entire area of Paris. I would stay here again hands down!
