Elias and Chaban are the most committed to customer service, looking for you to feel comfortable at the Hotel.
They go for the extra mile and that's something my family and I really appreciate.
Hotel is in a great location, 16min walk from Gare du nord Station, walked to most famous sites and metro is only 5mins walk Hotel is a small boutique hotel , clean , room was spacious with free extra bonuses of free water , fridge, safe and kettle ( tea/coffee) Felt very safe , 2 ladies, shops, bars ,,restaurants within minutes. Would definitely recommend
The staff are multilingual, as is the case in most European countries. This is a lovely boutique hotel. My only complaint has nothing to do with the management or the condition of the property. I insist on windows that open. Across the street is restaurant row, and the restaurant directly across from the hotel had ridiculously noisy patrons, who kept us awake until way after midnight. Then the garbage crew showed up before 7 in the morning.
So, if you are an early to bed kind of person, probably not the best choice. Or, if you are, make sure to insist on a room not facing the street.
The front desk service was very very good and accommodating. My only negative is that the room looked nothing like the rooms online. The rooms online all look updated and this room was very outdated and minimal.
The location was very good, everything was easily accessible with transportation or even be walking if you are into it. It got noisy at night especially on Friday night due to cafes, restaurants around. The place did have an AC in the room but it was blowing right on you sleeping, so not much help at night, which is when we were there mostly. The beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. I read such comments, but underestimated how it would affect my bad back. Nevertheless, the place was clean, just oldish, staff was nice and helpful. Location was a win!
First off the location is great. Walking distance to a lot of places. However, the biggest gripe we had was that the rooms that they told us was updated was not. They take your room keys when you leave to go out and say it’s for security purposes when in fact is just for them to know who’s not in the room and turn the air conditioner off.. housekeeping is non existent because we left for the day and came back to a room that she pulled the covers over the bed, dirty tea cups still there where i left them. Water wasn’t replaced any time during our 3 night stay. The staff was friendly but it didn’t make up for the fact that the hotel it self doesn’t really accommodate you comfortably. I recommended the area but not this hotel. And for what they’re charging you can find somewhere else that’s most likely more accommodating that here.
Hotel is a great location as a base, although street is a little noisy (especially Saturday) towels were not replaced, neither was the complimentary t-bags/coffee once used. Good aircon, excellent wifi, little fridge in room which was great, generally a good all round 3* hotel.

Staff super helpful and friendly. Rooms and elevator are too small.
The stay was great! I would definitely rebook when I go back to Paris. However o would request room #16. It’s more spacious with windows facing the street!
The two men at the front desk were so helpful and very kind! They went out of their way to help us rebook another night and anything we needed they were able to help access.
I like the location of this property which vary good and ideal to visit all Paris attractions and I don’t like property condition

Great location, good value but not luxurious
Excellent location, really friendly staff, very easy to get around. Walking distance to the Louvre etc.
Rooms very small and the tiles in the shower needed a good deep clean.
Being in the centre of Paris there is a lot of noise from the street below - restaurant late at night and refuse collection early in the morning.

Good low budget option. Very well located nearby many restaurants and cafes. The rooms are small and old but clean. The bathroom was especially small but clean and fairly new.
The location is very convenient and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was really small and little difficult to maneuver with 2 people. Because we had just one night layover, it was fine for us as we had just one small carry on bag.
Good location not too far from main station gate du Nord and other landmarks. Can only fit 1-2 people on a lift at one time which isn’t great. Also room can get quiet cold at night and radiators aren’t big but great/helpful staff.

Good location, friendly reception. Too noisy, toiletries not replaced, pillow too flat.
Very nice little hotel, cosy rooms, small but sufficient breakfast choice.

Upon arrival they gave us A room behind the check-in desk on the first floor, after he gave us the key he gave us your plugs ??!!!& made a promise to move our room in the morning. we took a shower& the room flooded he got mad when he hadto mop it up. the next morning they changed our room to one upstairs with a balcony and a view the room was slanted things rolled off the dresser it’s an old hotel it has 24 rooms only one person and one suitcase can fit in the elevator at a time it was a very good location and it served a purpose
The staff on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful . unfortunately the room we had was very small and smelt strongly of damp. It didn’t look anything like the pictures online (other than the reception area).
Small room but then again aren’t most Paris hotel rooms small? Comfortable enough and receptionists extremely helpful. Overall a very pleasant few days.
