This was a great place to rest our heads after long days of site seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us get breakfast early before we departed for the train station. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we didn’t go to Paris to see the hotel room. It’s a convenient walk to the Metro and to see the Eiffel Tower. Lots of dinning options a short walk too.

This is an average hotel. Location is safe & clean. Metro station Trocadero 2-3 blocks away. The hotel is cute, but small & nothing extraordinary. The rooms are small, but have everything you need for a quick stay. There is a small elevator. Breakfast room is tiny with only 4 tables. Come early & be prepared to wait. The AC almost does not cool. I can only imagine how hot it will feel in the summer. We visited early April & had to open the windows. The noise & light from the street made it challenging to sleep & rest. Overall, very average hotel for $250 a night. I'd stay elsewhere with larger rooms & bathrooms, AC that actually cools & ample breakfast space. This place does not have that.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and they speak English as well as French. The hotel is compact and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning, and a descaling of the shower head. The breakfast is very simple and the weekday service was far better quality than the weekend, because the food was refreshed and the staff explained everything.

This is a boutique hotel that is serious about cleanliness and offers excellent service. The property is a bit old but full of character. The location is very convenient and is close to one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel was easy to find and based in a great location. The room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. We walked around a lot as all the restaurants in trocadero were walking distance as was the eiffel tower.

5 mins walk to Trocadero square, which offers amazing view to Eiffel Tower, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower, and 15 mins walk to Arch de Triomphe. Absolutely no complaint to the location of the hotel. There are many restaurants and pastry shop options within a few minutes of walk distance. A laundry mat and a convenient mart around the corner is also helpful. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, the bathroom is of decent size, and the room is very small but to be expected. Overall we are very happy of our three nights stay in the hotel.

Very cute place , great location walking distance between Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. Steps away from metro train, which is very convenient. Breakfast which was fresh and plenty of delicious coffee . Staff was wonderful! A bit of an older hotel with updates needed but can’t complain for what we paid. Thanks again for everything!

My friends and i really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and really nice. Everyone who worked there was really helpful and friendly. The room was small, but i knew that when i booked having read the other reviews. We were fine with it, since we knew we would be out exploring. But it was still a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Also the location was perfect! Super close to the eifel tower and not to far from the arc de triomphe. With metro stops really close by.

Front desk fellows were great! Place was filthy!
The fellows at the front desk were the best! They were polite, considerate and kind! Our room was filthy! The wallpaper was ripping from the wall. The carpet was disgusting. Please clean this place before others go to stay there.

The location is perfect but the room is extremely tiny and there is only one electrical outlet. Also kind of shabby. The staff is very nice.

Room was very unclean. Filthy carpet. Bathroom door has bad water damage and no fan or venting. Furniture in room in very bad condition. This was room 301. I have photos of the carpet and shower room door.

Hotel is very small, but its location is great close to trocadero and to many metro stations is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, we enjoyed it very much.

A great location
This was one of the best places that we had booked as a group. Not even a 10 minute walk to the Tower, and it was easy to get around with an Uber from there. Front desk knows English well, and was super polite! Next time I visit Paris, I will definitely rebook with this location again!

Cozy, but convenient.
The room I stayed in was small (bed and not much space otherwise), but was more than sufficient as a solo traveler, just keep in mind if traveling in two or more. Room equipped with AC, which was welcomed during the heat wave. No issues with bathroom either. Breakfast was fine as well, decent selection of food and beverage. Great location as it's walking distance to multiple landmarks and public transportation.

One of the gentleman who worked at the front counter, Jude, went above and beyond to help us with all kinds of situations, including translating a telephone conversation in order to get a backpack returned that had been lost and then found in Brussels. He was genuinely friendly and gave us directions, recommendations for places to eat, bus schedules, etc. He made our stay in Paris even better.

Our room was behind the registration desk in a tiny closet. We wondered if they kicked out the maid from her room so they could rent it. Carpet was hideous! Looks like spilled greese, dirt, vomit, poop, and piss. Had to step over toilet to get in shower/tub which was cavelike and had a bit of peeling paint and mold on ceiling in shower, but bathroom otherwise clean, good water pressure, hair dryer and liquid soap that produced good suds. Bed and pillows comfortable. Incuded breakfast which was delicious. Good location for sightseeing.
