“Convenient Paris Hotel”
Europe Hotel is conveniently located to Metro and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. It's small, clean, comfortable, and reasonable inexpensive. Only drawback is a not always functioning elevator.
“Small room but couldn't ask for a better location”
Great location. There are restaurants, chocolatiers, a perfumery, hair salons, the metro and clothing stores all within 5 minutes on foot and a laundromat is 2 doors down. Last but not least there's a great street market across from the hotel on Wednesdays and Sundays. The room was quite small and the walls a bit thin, but the location, price and the extremely helpful, pleasant staff made up for these shortcomings.
“Lovely hotel with great location”
Was really impressed with Europe Hotel, the room was lovely, very clean and modern with a flat screen tv, free safe and a nice bathroom. The location is great, 3 mins walk from a main metro station and about 10-15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. The area is nice with quite a few cafes and restaurants around, and it felt perfectly safe walking round at night. The people in the hotel spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. It was no problem to store our suitcases after we checked out, and pick them up later. Overall, would throughly recommend to anyone.
“great location-few minutes walk to the Eiffel”
The rooms were a little small however the staff and the location more than made up the difference.
“I am so hopping to return ASAP!!!”
The Hotel was pretty much good: close to the Eiffel Tower, metro was right across the street, lots of supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The room was not big, but very cosy, we had a perfect view to the top of the Eiffel.
“Europe Hotel was fantastic!”
This was a fantastic hotel at a great price. The service, location, and room cleanliness could not have been better. The pillow (pillow comfort is a big deal to me!) was too puffy and I asked the maid for a softer, flatter one and she found a down pillow for me to use. The hotel is located right next to a Metro and outside there are numerous places to grab a bite to eat as well as a Monoprix and a Sunday/Wednesday market. It is also a very safe area and would be good for single travelers. The front desk staff was super helpful with the questions that I had and everyone did speak English that I talked with. Well, except for the maid and she was still able to understood my pillow problem!
“Great location and nice clean hotel”
Great loaction very close metro station so commute everywhere is very easy. Also walking distance from Effile tower. Will recommend to anybody visiting Paris
“Can't wait to go back. Clean, tidy, friendly. Next outside the Metro and E.Tower”
Fantasic place. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. The hotel was right outside the Metro and right around the corner is the Eiffle Tower. There is lots of places to buy food and sit and relax. A lovely hotel and in great location.
“will use the hotel again”
The staff were most friemdly and the room very clean and comfortable. However, didn't think much of the lights on the stairs, because they kept going out when we were only half way up. My mother freaked, due to her poor eyesight, but we used the lift from then on.
“GREAT staff, very close to TWO metro stops!”
the staff were amazing! INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful!! location was good with 2 metros in walking distance - 1 block in one direction and 2-3 blocks the other direction. on sunday & wednesday a.m.s there is a great famers market across the street. neighborhood was what i would term working-class; not run-down or anything, but not the champs-elysees either! variety of local bistros and restaurants; even a michelin starred restaurant (pere claude) about 2 blocks away (great dinner, amazing foie gras appetizer - do not miss it!). the room was cozy, but serviceable. the bathroom was the same way - small, but sufficient. the bed, however, was another story. think of it as a lightly padded plywood board on springs. if you or your spouse are "sleep thrashers" then get a room with 2 beds. we switched from a double bed to a room w/ two twins because the first night my husband thrashed so much that i was bounced and jounced about and hardly slept! the firmness of the bed was not so bad when it was just you on it, though. (the room w/ 2 twins had a bigger bathroom too.) the exterior walls and windows are soundproofed. there is an elevated train across from the hotel but we never heard it and i am a very light sleeper. the interior walls are not as soundproofed and we did hear some ruckus from our neighbors, but nothing terrible. no feet noise from above either. i would happily stay at this hotel again. great value, location and staff!
