Property is fine, but Expedia was not able to contact it, to cancel a double booking at check in time. Property told guest to contact them to cancel it right away to avoid the double charge. Expedia was not able to contact the property for 2 days, resulting in a loss for the guest. So, property can not be contacted when needed, as the person doing the check in doesn’t handle anything else. The rest is handled by an off site manager, who doesn’t answer phone calls

When we got there the elevator was not working and we had to wait 1-2hrs for it to be repaired as there were 3 people stuck. The electrician was leaving without completely fixing the elevator until we demanded a fix or else we would've had to carry 5 large bags 4 floors up. The AC was not working, the oven was not working and the noise at night from the outside was way too high. Evethough the area was nice and in good proximity the property itself isn't worth the price or even the effort.

Quick visit to Paris
The location was lovely - restaurants and shops nearby. Please note - this isn't a hotel, more like an apartment. There is a person at a desk in the entryway most of the time but not at night. The apartment was nice, bathroom a little tight on space. I would stay there again.

Excellent modern apartment steps from Metro St. George. Kitchette has everything for a couple exploring Paris. Walking distance to Mont Martre, Sacre Cour and Abbesse. Easy acccess to apartment and helpful staff always in communication.

Great place, clean and modern. Smaller than what the pic shows but it is Europe. Overall , great to stay, walk aroubd and dine. We will surely go back to this place.

Incorrect information
The room is so much smaller than it looks and we were given a different room to the information sent to us. Info was for a room in 3rd floor but when we arrived there was someone else in the room in 3rd floor. Someone then gave us a code to enter a room on 2nd floor which was worrying. So we had to call reservation to be sure we will be safe where we are due to the fact that it was a different code to a different room that was not ensured over as this is all self check in

Decent location & room.Poor service/communication.
Great location. Small rooms but clean. Misrepresentation on daily housekeeping (NO housekeeping is included; it's 50 Euros for each cleaning). Lack of on-site staff (out of a 1 week stay - only saw onsite personnel in lobby twice) Very very poor communication - emailed and called them multiple times regarding issues on door code and other matters. Never received an answer or reply.

The apartment was much smaller than expected and pictures were not accurate. This apt was fine for one person or a couple. Location was great and the apartment well kept. More basic necessities needed in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar) and more clear instructions about how to use appliances. It took us a few days to figure out the AC! I would stay there again.

Fell like you live in the heart of Paris!
Rented 3 studios for our family of 6 adults and one child for 5 days. The spaces were clean, well appointed, and centrally located to see all of Paris. Felt like we lived in the delightful neighborhood with several restaurants right outside the door. Beds were comfortable and room was very quiet despite being in the center of everything to see. AC was cold during the humid August weather. Highly recommended.

Personnel was friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants, grocery store, Metro (3min walking) and bakery. The apartment is clean and has a modern look. The kitchen has all essential items to cook or store food also has a dishwasher, refrigerator (larger than a mini fridge), sink, nespresso machine and microwave/oven. We were able to prepare breakfast every morning. The bed and sofa bed super confortable. Also, air condition is excellent!! Highly recommend it.

We stayed at Aparthotel Quartier Libre Saint Georgesfrom May 27 to June 1 in room 202. PROS ▪️Great location. The hotel is within walking distance to several great restaurants, buses, and the metro.Lot's of shops and places to get toiletries. ▪️The front desk is staffed, so you can get help all day. ▪️Although we did not use it, there is a gym. ▪️Staff were generally friendly and aimed to please. Customer service was great. ▪️The rooms are comfortable for the most part and do not have housekeeping service. ▪️Beautiful Parisian street. CONS ▪️Cheap chair broke while sitting on it. Overall, it is a solid place to stay.

This was a great place to stay - clean, sunny, comfortable, great location. BUT one factor needs to be taken care of: There's something odd about the door locks. More than once, we found ourselves unable to open a locked door from the inside and we had to call for help. Being locked inside one's apartment is scary. The locks are new and modern, maybe their style is familiar to Europeans, but when it comes to safety, it should be foolproof.

Nice clean rooms well stocked with kitchen supplies and within easy walking distance of Mont Martre, Sacre Coeur and lots else. Several good take-out restaurants near by too if you're staying in for the night.

Great property. Close to the metro so easy to get around. Restaurants close by. Workers very friendly and helpful. Place was small but clean, pretty, and a lot of amenities for such a small place. Nice shower. Highly recommended.

The apartment condition is good but make sure you reques pictures for the exact apartment your are staying in. I picked the aprtment based on the pics available in the site to find out that the accommodation is much smaller than expected. The cleaning service is on request and is priced at €50 with 2-3 days prior notice. The area around the place is not bad but it gets much bette with 10-15 minutes walk toward the Opera Museum. In summary the property is overpriced for what is offered and I question the 5 star rating given by the few people their reviews.
