It was a terrible experience. After driving 7 hours back from a ski resort. I arrive 2:00 in the morning. The person in the front is would not explain to me how to park the car probably. Send me to a parking lot where I got stuck. I have to climb a wall to be able to get out. After an hour. Went back up to the reception. Finally she sends somebody with me. Who almost got lost also. Didn't give me the internet access. Getting to the room the room with broken air conditioner and black mold in the bathroom but it was 3:00 in the morning so we went to sleep. The next morning I went downstairs told the manager they said they were going to send somebody to clean it but no did. We went out to see Paris. Came back later in the afternoon. No one had cleaned the black mold or fix the air conditioner. I called downstairs they told me they were going to send somebody after about an hour waiting no one came up. So I went downstairs to the reception. they told me that everybody from maintenance have gone home no one called me to tell me that. They told me that they couldn't do anything without a manager that he would be back in 5 minutes asked me to go back upstairs but now I know better so I stay downstairs in the front desk standing angrily until they will fix my problem after 20 minutes of telling everybody that they were black mold in the bathroom. One of the receptionists there was three of them. I would write more but I ran out of space. I have pictures of anybody wants to see.

We stayed 12 days. Nobody cleaned the romm .we bought toilet paper and towels. Beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. Telephone in room has 30 bottoms but cant call only receptionist. The supervisor is rude and inexperienced..the entrace door open with cards so if you arrived foe check-inyou wat outdide till someone opens..if someone killed nobody would notice it....avoid

The first apartment was not functioning very well: air conditioner broken, toilet backed up, telephone not working…. The technician who came wasn’t very good as nothing was repaired.
When I asked for another apartment, we moved and everything was perfect!
Perhaps maintenance is an issue for the hotel but the apartments are nice and the hotel is in a great location!

Why even bother to pay Expedia when you are going to be charged a huge sum upon check-in?????
I feel cheated!!!
There is no way to enter the building until you get checked in other than by waiting until someone let's you in.
The showers are horrible and English is hard to come by.

Due to unexpected delay on my parcel, i have no choice but to ask staff's help to drop them in the post office for me, they are very willing to help & very professional. I will definitely come back when stays in Paris. The people here are beautiful!
Property was very close to Effie tower, hence I had booked it. But we weren’t giving the Effie tower view room even though I had booked same. They said I D didn’t book the correct room, so that was little confusing. Cleanliness was good, it was a quiet hotel so liked the ambiance

Slightly above a hostel-stay
The room was very dusty and cold. The dish washer machine didn’t wash well. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The laundromat had only 2 working washers and dryers for a very full hotel. The pool was closed. Nothing was really very nice or comfortable. It is very basic. Communication prior to arrival can be poor. There was also a male employee there that was not helpful at all, aside from being curt he was a jerk. He definitely does not belong in this industry with his attitude of expecting you to read his mind - probably in French nonetheless; when clearly that’s not my native language. While place may look cute and of course the rest of the staff is amenable, this place is still lackluster at best.
I love the location of the property. I got a great room with the Eiffel Tower view. The only issue we had was only one elevator working during our stay, and made it challenging in the morning as it was a 15 min or so wait. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I stay for two weeks and there was ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKING AND 32 floors , horrible people needed to wait long time to go to there room
Laundry site is so dirty fake advertisement that it comes with soap it just water and dryer machine did not dry the clothes.
I will not recommend this hotel , the communication it’s horrible . The only thing I could say it was great everything it’s local n the restaurant in front of the hotel .

I love that is walking distance to Eiffel tower and groceries, i like the space and beautiful Eiffel tower view. I did not like that the pool was not opened for our entire stay due to maintenance issues. I dislike how long elevators take and taking the stairs had to be an option which staircase was never cleaned, because there were cigarette bud's everywhere. If you are handicap this hotel is horrible due to wait times for the elevater especially if you are in the upper floors. You have to keep asking for toilet paper cause they dont clean till day 3 of stay. I think it should be done everyday or everother. You must also throw your own garbage away. Kitchen area is near and useful for large families.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Agdagio aparthotel near the Eiffel Tower. It is very easy to get to, and there are metro stations very nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but we couldn't control the air conditioning unit so was a bit cold sometimes especially for December. The kitchen area was small, which was fine for a 3 night stay but might have struggled for a longer stay. The accommodation was as expected for the price. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend.
The hotel, while not cheap, was exactly what we were looking for. My family of 5 was comfortable in the room, and the hotel was It was welkin distance to either public transportation of the places we wanted to visit.
Located in a great area walkable to Eiffel, cafes, transit .
Apartment had everything we needed, plus a great view of Eiffel.
Water was turned off for a day , but notice was given to prepare. However it was turned off the next day for a bit without notice

Lugar muy cerca de todo. Propiedad muy cuidada. Habia trabajos de construccion qie terminaron temprano y no molestaron. No dejaron suficiente papel de baño , ni cafe para su cafetera y zafacones muy pequeños para guardar desperdicios por 5 dias . Dormiamos mirando toda la papeles de la semana. Ducha del baño de lado es i comoda. Dormimos muchas horas ya que son hermeticamente cerrados y es excelentes para dormir silenciosos y camas muy comodas. Gracias volvera y lo recomiendo.

The Adagio hotel was INCREDIBLE! Hichem was SO polite and SO incredible in getting me an apartment with the BEST vies of Paris! There is SO much to do, eat, drink and see in the boarder if neighborhood and a Metro stop a few blocks away!

Place is walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Room is ok it’s just the beds are very uncomfortable to sleep on my reservation I booked queen bed but I got 2 twins very uncomfortable the beds moves on the middle creating a big gap and the spring of the bed is worn out making my back hurts.
