"Very close to malls and restaurants. Hotel was clean and cozy. Staff were helpful.
No Free parking (charged at RM 15 per day) if you've rented a car. As such 2 less star for the facilities."
"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. We were happy with the room and the service."
"Just back from 2 weeks there. Overall pretty good, but some areas are tired. Some rooms have been refreshed but ours wasn’t one of them.
Pool area needs more beds.
Breakfast a little repetitive.
Bar music needs more variety. Same cd every day for many days.
Lounge music in evenings tooooo loud.
Being a bit picky now.😄 Overall very good value.
