"I have had some bad experiences with small local motels but we decided to take a chance with Western Motel. I was very pleased with my stay. The room was a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable and the price was great. The gentleman manning the front counter was very pleasant and helpful. "Softest, comfiest bed I’d had in a hotel in a while! The large TV had lots of movie channels. The breakfast had a nice selections (fresh waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, etc) and was staffed by the friendliest woman. Important note!! Expedia says this property is pet friendly…it is not! I could imagine this causing issues for those planning on bringing a pet. "
