"The place is quiet, free breakfast and clean, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends Thank You."
"Beautiful, clean, relaxing, well-designed resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great to have on-site, however, the service was very slow. Even when food was preordered for a certain time, we still had to wait for it for about 45 minutes."
"We loved staying at Donatela resort. It is comparatively remote and not as busy as other resorts in Panglao, it was quite and enjoyable. We traveled with our two toddlers and the kids were always welcomed! The only negative thing about our stay was that one night for dinner we arrived on the later end, the hours at the paprika restaurant said it was open until 9pm, we came around 8:15 because our kids had a late nap from our country side tour. The entire time the wait staff was rushing us to...
"If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive."

"Great!!!!
One comment for improvement, the room we stayed in has a toilet room that smells a bit badly.
Overall, we didn’t mind it because all the good things outweighs this bit of problem.
Will definitely come back"
"Good location down a short road off the major areas.
An ‘oasis of calm ‘ away from the normal livelinesses of a resort.
A big shout out to Barry ‘the gardener’ for his vision in providing a great place to stay.
A comment to be made, a brighter light in the shower/ wc area would be appreciated.
Yes I would recommend this hotel."
